After making us beam with proud on being significant parts of successful and recognised Hollywood projects, Fast And Furious 7 and Victoria And Abdul, Ali Fazal is yet again all set to mesmerise us with his impeccable acting in Death On The Nile. FYI, Death On The Nile is a follow-up to director, Kenneth Branagh's Murder On The Orient Express. Both films are adaptations of Agatha Christie's novels with the same name. Death On The Nile features Gal Gadot (Wonder Woman fame), Armie Hammer, Annette Bening, Russell Brand, Rose Leslie (GOT fame), Leticia Wright, Emma Mackey and others. The trailer of Death On The Nile dropped yesterday, and everyone is lauding Ali for his stellar performance. Ali Fazal's longtime girlfriend and actor, Richa Chadha also lauded him on his achievement and even took a jibe at a journalist when they tried to undermine him.

On August 19, 2020, Ali Fazal shared the first trailer of his film, Death On The Nile mentioning that his late mother would've enjoyed it. Ali wrote, "This ones for Mom. She might've liked it." Ali's girlfriend, Richa quoted his tweet and expressing how proud she is, she wrote, "She's gonna be watching! You better have done well to earn her praise. The OG Uzma auntie has blessed you with her aesthetic... And you don't disappoint, holding your own among this galaxy of stars! She's proud and so am I."

A news report tried to undermine Ali's accomplishments by labelling his appearance in the star-studded trailer as 'blink and miss', and it didn't go well with his ladylove, Richa Chadha. She wrote, "Dear @IANS, what's with the headline? Past two months you were crying that outsiders face discrimination. So how about the role of the media in discrediting their achievements? Shall I send over cutlery so you can eat your words after you watch the film?" Woah! We must say, Ali Fazal is one lucky man.

On August 7, 2020, Richa Chadha had posted a goofy video with her beau, Ali Fazal with a quirky note alongside it, giving an insight about what kind of a partner we should look for. Ali Fazal had earlier talked to the Bombay Times about how his marriage with Richa Chadha was postponed because of the pandemic. He had said, "We were supposed to get married, but it has been pushed. Of course, it is a bit disheartening because we were all geared up, and preparations were on in full swing. But it's fine. We didn't want to make a big noise about our wedding. It is just the next step forward in our lives." Revealing his tentative marriage time, he had told Mumbai Mirror, "Let's see when we are able to accept the new normal, then, we will decide on a date, maybe early next year." While his ladylove, Richa Chadha had expressed, that it is only pragmatic to push the wedding to the coming year in the interest of everyone, who would wish to attend.

Earlier, in an interview with the Brides Today magazine, Richa Chadha had told the sweetest story of how she had confessed her love to her beau, Ali Fazal. She had also revealed that it had taken Ali almost three months to say 'I Love you' back to her! She had said, "We were at my house watching Chaplin, the 1992 British-American biographical comedy-drama film starring Robert Downey Jr. I was happy to see him enjoy the movie and was grateful to have found someone with similar tastes.
