Actress, Ridhi Dogra made her acting debut with the television series, Jhoome Jiya Re in 2007. Since then, the versatile actress has transitioned to the world of streaming platforms and even made her mark in big screen productions. Having bagged roles across Bollywood legends, Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan in Tiger 3 and Jawan, respectively, Ridhi's career progression shows no signs of slowing down. However, the pretty actress' personal life has also garnered curiosity among fans, who would especially like to know about her failed relationship with ex-husband, Raqesh Bapat. Well, recently, the actress offered some interesting insights.
In a recent interaction with Pinkvilla, actress, Ridhi Dogra was asked who she turned to for support when she felt low. Well, the actress revealed that she usually tended to keep her problems to herself. However, she also stated that she had a few close confidants she could count on, including her brother, Akshay Dogra. Ridhi revealed that her brother had always been her 'go-to person,' jokingly adding that he was the only one who could handle her stress.
Apart from her brother, Ridhi stated that she had several sweet, kind friends she could always reach out to, one of them being television mogul, Ektaa Kapoor. The actress opened up about turning to the producer for guidance whenever she felt anxious, nervous, or needed a broader perspective.
Ridhi added that many of her school friendships had stood the test of time, making this old circle of pals one that she could always rely on. However, the most interesting part of the conversation was when Ridhi named her ex-husband, Raqesh Bapat as one of the people she could always run to in times of need. The actress, who rarely discusses her failed marriage, stated that her friendship with her ex-husband thrives to this day, saying:
"He is my ex but one of my closest friends."
Further in the conversation, Ridhi Dogra opened up about why she preferred to deal with her problems herself. She stated that even as a child, she had never felt the need to talk about the issues or challenges she was facing with anybody else. Rather, she believed that everything had the tendency to get sorted out by itself over time. Showing a deep sense of introspection, Ridhi said:

"I’ve never felt the need to share. I believe believe with time, things just get solved. If you share, it’s hard to forget."
Ridhi also discussed her personality during the chat, saying that people often perceived her as arrogant or snooty. Initially, such comments hurt her and made her feel 'very bad,' but now she has reached a stage where she doesn’t care. According to Ridhi, she was more of an ambivert. While she was very loud and almost too much to handle with those she was close to, she was much more quiet and reserved with those she didn’t know, and this might have perpetuated these false ideas about her personality.
Earlier, in an interview with the Bombay Times, Ridhi Dogra was asked whether she would give love another shot after her divorce from ex-husband and actor, Raqesh Bapat. The actress had stated that she wanted to focus on her work and be the best version of herself for a while. In Ridhi’s words:
"Currently, I am open to good work and want tofocus on that. I need to be the best person and feel complete so that when I do find someone, I can make that relationship perfect. I want to be surrounded by good people and be empowered in such a way that I can share my silences with someone."
