Rishi Kapoor was one of the most prominent faces in Bollywood. He was known for his outspoken personality and short temper. For the unversed, Rishi Kapoor passed away on April 30, 2020, in Mumbai after a long battle with leukaemia. The late actor left a huge void in the hearts of his family and friends, and his demise sent shockwaves across Tinseltown. However, time and again, some old tweets of Rishi resurface on the internet, sending everyone on a trip down memory lane.
Recently, we stumbled upon an old tweet from Rishi Kapoor, wherein he talked about his experience of working with Alia Bhatt. The late actor shared that it was a sport shooting with Alia. However, it was the post, along with the tweet, that grabbed everyone's attention. Rishi Kapoor apparently fat-shamed actress, Sonakshi Sinha in the post. Taking a dig at Alia's low IQ, Rishi shared a joke, which can be read as:
"Alia reads in a newspaper: Police caught 80kg heroin! Alia: Shit yaar, Sonakshi ko kyon pakda!!"

In yet another tweet, Rishi Kapoor made a sexist remark as he wished Twinkle Khanna on her birthday. The late actor penned a hilarious note to wish his frequent co-star, Dimple Kapadia's daughter on her special day. Rishi's note can be read as:
"Happy birthday dear one! You were in your mum's tummy when I was serenading her in Bobby 'Aksar Koi Ladka' in 1973 lol."
Needless to say, it was rather distasteful for a man of Rishi Kapoor’s stature in the Hindi film industry to encourage such jokes on actresses. Hence, Rishi faced the wrath of netizens back then, so he soon deleted his tweet. However, as soon as the post resurfaced on Reddit, many netizens flooded the comment section and started reacting to it. They slammed Rishi Kapoor for his obnoxious behaviour and expressed displeasure over the same.

During her appearance on Koffee With Karan 8, Neetu Kapoor recalled her husband, Rishi Kapoor's final days and made some shocking revelations. Speaking along the same lines, Neetu shared that Rishi was a very loving person, but he never showed it to his family and friends. She also mentioned how her husband would not be casual and friendly with their kids, Ranbir and Riddhima, but he changed in the final days. She added:
"Because you know Chintu Ji (Rishi Kapoor) is a very loving person. He had a lot of love in him. But there was something he never really showed his love. He always kept his distance and bullying people, not show his love. Especially with me and my children, he was like a big thing. Respect and all and with that he lost out on a lot with his children. He was never a friend to them."
