Social media is a platform where every user loves to share pictures and videos of themselves travelling, posing, hanging out with family or spending time with friends. And when a celeb’s social media profile is concerned, it is constantly under the scrutiny of their fans and media. As soon as they post any romantic picture on their profile with their bestie, they land up with the speculations about their affair. The same thing happened with Rishta Likhenge Hum Naya’s Ratan Maan Singh a.k.a. Rohit Suchanti and his bestie, Vighnaharta Ganesha actress, Akanksha Puri. In a picture on his Instagram profile, Rohit and Akanksha were romantically looking into each other’s eyes. And misleading for everyone, even more, was its caption, “Look into my eyes and hear what I am not saying, for my eyes speak louder than my voice ever will.”
As soon as he posted this picture with a poetic caption, people started showering Rohit with congratulatory messages and wished him “everlasting love and togetherness” with Akanksha. And after receiving these messages and calls, Rohit deleted that picture from his Instagram handle. Refuting such rumours, Rohit stated to a leading media portal, “I am dating someone else. There is no truth to the rumours about me dating Akanksha.” (Also Read: Reliance Spokesperson Clears The Air About Anant Ambani-Radhika Merchant's Engagement)
And Akanksha was quoted as saying, “Rohit is a crazy guy. He does many fun things when I party with him, this photograph was one of them. It is true that I like him a lot and we party together, but there is nothing happening between us. Also, if I enter into a relationship with any guy at this point, it would be on the rebound because I am still to get over my ex-boyfriend.”
In an interview with the TellyChakkar, Akanksha talked about the picture shared by Rohit, and said, “One Instagram post and you are all over the news. It was just a fun picture! Rohit and I share a fun relationship.” Emphasising on the relationship she shares with Rohit, Akanksha shared, “We keep playing pranks, pull each other’s legs. We both are the leads of the same channel and have a lot in common, but we are not even close to dating.” (Also Read: Karan-Nisha's Son Kavish Turns 11-Month-Old, Birthday Cake Is About The Milestone He Has Achieved)

She quipped, “For me, relationship and dating is not happening now. I can’t even think of it. I have still not moved on from my ex, to think of someone next. It’s been more than two years but I haven’t moved on.” She further added, “I meet a lot of people but could never take it to the next level. At this moment, the work pressure for me is too much to think of anything else, TV is not that easy.” (Also Read: Janhvi Kapoor's Shared Unseen Picture With Late Mother, Sridevi Twinning In Denim Dungarees)
Rohit Suchanti talked about his show, Rishta Likhenge Hum Naya and said that it was lucky that this serial’s first part, Pehredaar Piya Ki went off air. Rohit remarked, "For me, it's good that that show went off air early as I became a part of the new one. I have not seen any episode of 'Pehredaar Piya Ki'. It has proven to be lucky for me. The new show is different from 'Pehredaar Piya Ki'. I joined this show because I found the role challenging. To be honest, I became a part of this show because I didn't have work. I just gave the audition and was rejected for the first time. After sometime, they called me again and luckily, I got selected that time."
