One of the most loved actresses on the telly screens, Rubina Dilaik, has performed versatile roles on screen. On the personal front, the actress is currently enjoying the best phase of her life, i.e., motherhood. Rubina Dilaik and her husband, Abhinav Shukla, welcomed twin daughters, Jeeva and Edhaa, on November 27, 2023.
Shortly after embracing motherhood, Rubina resumed work and is currently both her motherhood and professional commitments. The actress recently turned showstopper for designer, Archana Kochhar and walked the ramp. During the show, Rubina stumbled and was on the verge of falling. However, it was her confidence that won everyone’s hearts.
After stumbling, Rubina removed her heels and walked barefoot on the ramp. Despite the little hiccup in between her walk, she didn’t let the awkward moment limit her confidence. In the end, Rubina ended her walk with a big smile and made a hand-heart gesture. Designer, Archana Kochhar posted the video and wrote:
“Did she stumble? No, she slayed.”

For the ramp show, Rubina Dilaik looked alluring in a bright pink lehenga set with intricate gold embroidery. With gota patti embroidery on the waist, she complemented her lehenga with a fitted cropped blouse and a matching net dupatta. She accessorised her attire with gold necklace, matching earrings, and statement kadhas. With darkened brows, kohled eyes, tinted cheeks and brown lipstick, Rubina opted for a glam look.

Rubina Dilaik is a proud mother of two daughters, Edhaa and Jeeva. The actress, who avoided showing her twins’ faces revealed the same on the occasion of Sharad Navratri. Taking to her IG handle, she posted a couple of pictures of her daughters in which the little munchkins looked adorable in their tiny bindis.
Rubina, who runs her podcast, Kisi Ne Bataya Nahi, on YouTube, shares anecdotes from her motherhood. Rubina once discussed going through a complete breakdown after her delivery. Talking about the same, Rubina revealed that one night, after having a major breakdown, she lashed out at her child mid-feed. After this episode, she realised that this was not normal and soon started counselling.
In one of the episodes, Rubina also talked about her mom guilt when she had to leave her twin daughters for four days for the promotion of her film. Recalling the moment, Rubina stated that leaving kids alone wasn't easy, and her body also felt the pain. She was quoted as saying:
"Vo guilt na apko physically bhi itna effect karta hai. Mai jabse ghar se nikali thi till next day, mereko ajeeb sa body mein pain ho raha hai. I had my cramps, my periods starting. My body was going through so-so-so much. Is sabke chakkar mein apna breast pump bhul gayi ghar par."
