Rupali Ganguly Breaks Down As She Misses Milestone Moments Of Son Due To Shoot: 'Kab Bada Hogya..'

Rupali Ganguly rose to immense fame with her serial, Anupamaa. Despite being embroiled in controversies due to her step-daughter, Rupali kept calm and never once tried washing her dirty linens in public. On the other hand, her professional life also suffered a little as reports claimed that her relationship with co-actors was not good, making them leave the show, but Rupali never paid any heed to these murmurs. Now, the actress shared for the first time how her personal life has been affected by continuous and hectic shoot hours.

Rupali Ganguly tears up as she reveals missing her son's growing-up years 

Rupali Ganguly is playing the famous character 'Anupama' in India's top TRP-rated show, Anupamaa. While she has gained a lot of love on the professional front, she is missing her real love and her son's growing-up years. Recently, Rupali attended an Iftaar party and looked visibly emotional talking about her son.

Rupali revealed that she misses her son, Rudransh. However, the actress credited her husband, Ashwin K Verma, who cares for him better than she does. However, she misses Rudransh calling her husband for small things he wants and not for her. Recalling the moment, Rupali said:

"Main Rudransh ko bohot miss karti hoon. Wo toh Mata Rani ki kripa hain ki mere pati itne ache hain ki wo mujhse bhi achi maa hain. Rudransh ko shayad kabhi mehsoos nahi hoti, toh mujhe uss baat ka bohot khrab lagta hain ki usey kabhi bhi kuch chahiye hota hain toh… main agar saamne baithi hoon toh he goes to my husband for things like a glass of milk."

Rupali also talked about how she has missed out on a lot of time, but this happens when one parent is working, and another has to take care of the family. She stated that she didn't realise when her son grew up. She was quoted as saying:

"I missed out on the time. But he has one parent. Hamesha yahi hota hain na ki ek parent kaam karta hain aur ek ghar mein rehta hain. My husband is so wonderful and hands-on. Ek khushi bhi hain aur ek taraf mumma wala miss bhi hain. Kab bada ho gaya pata hi nahi chala."

Last year in 2024, Rupali's step-daughter, Esha called her all things, and claimed she destroyed her family. Esha Verma's shocking revelation, left Rupali deeply hurt. She once penned a cryptic note on her IG stories. In a way, she shared what happened in the past that left a significant mark on her heart, body, and soul. She re-shared a Reel, urging people to be kind and not be the reason that someone skips their meal or hates waking up. The reel on her Instagram can be read as:

"Please be kind. Don't be the reason someone skips a meal, hates waking up, or feels left out. Your words and actions stick with people forever."
