The most recent exit that has caught everyone's attention is that of Alisha Parveen, who portrayed 'Raahi,' Rupali's on-screen daughter.
Following the unexpected departure of Alisha Parveen from Anupamaa, the show's dynamics were significantly altered. In a recent byte with ABP, Rupali rubbished all of Alisha's accusations of her. She added that the actress would ask Rajan and Star Plus about the extent of control she had on the decision-making process. She added that for the past few years, she had been relentlessly working, and she has never forced the crew member to edit a scene for her convenience.
Rupali added that she has been working relentlessly for the past few years in the serial and has never compromised on work ethics. She added that she has no control over the wardrobe choices of her character in her series. How can she have a say on who should work in the show and who should not?

In a recent interview with India Forums, Alisha Parveen directly addressed the rumors that Rupali was responsible for her sudden exit from the show. She acknowledged hearing about the alleged fallout between Rupali and other cast members, but she was clear that she didn't know who made the decision to remove her from the show. She said:

"I too have heard of these rumours and know that these things have been linked up with her. I have read about this in the fan messages too. People said ke unhone hi karwaya hai, it's dkp behind it, it's Rupali mam behind it. Exactly kya hai ye main kaise batau ab. Maybe yes, maybe no, I don't know. Maybe nothing."
During the conversation, Alisha Parveen also discussed her equation with her on-screen mother and co-actor, Rupali Ganguly. The actress stated that she didn't know much about Rupali's fallout with other cast members. However, she didn't question the validity of the experiences of the actors who didn't get along with Rupali either. Speaking about her own dynamic with the Anupamaa star, Alisha stated that they had shared a 'very professional bond.' In fact, the actress claimed that she had tried to be cordial with everyone on set. In Alisha's words:
"I shared a very professional bond with her. Mera bond sabhi ke sath acha tha, not just with her. Sabke sath baith kar khana khana, sabko greet karna, sabse baat karna. But main kisi mein jaake ghusti nahi thi, toh mujhe nahi pata behind the back kya raha hoga mere liye. Main usme itna interest rakhti bhi nahi hu.”
