Veteran actress, Sharmila Tagore turned a year older on December 8, 2022, and she celebrated her special day with her family. The real-life royal family jetted off to Jaisalmer to celebrate the actress' birthday. Later, at night, Sharmila's elder daughter, Saba Ali Khan gave us a sneak peek into her mother's intimate birthday bash and cake-cutting moment on her IG handle.
Saba Ali Khan took to her IG handle and dropped a series of pictures from her mother, Sharmila Tagore's cake-cutting moment. In the first picture, Sharmila was dressed in a black-hued woollen attire styled with a pink-hued shawl. To protect herself from the cold, she covered her head with a black cap. Surrounded by her family members, Sharmila was seen cutting a two-tiered chocolate cake, and her excitement was unmissable. Atop the picture, Saba penned:
"Let's cut the cake."

In the second picture, we can see the Pataudi family posing for the lens with the hotel staff. In the next picture, we can see the three gorgeous ladies of the royal family sitting together at a beautiful location. Saba along with her sister, Soha Ali Khan and their mother, Sharmila Tagore get their picture clicked as they reunited after a long time. Atop the picture, she added a 'Finally' sticker.
However, it was the last picture that caught our attention! In the priceless frame, we can see Saba and her brother, Saif Ali Khan feeding a piece of cake to their mommy dearest, Sharmila. Since the brother-sister duo offered the cake at the same time, it was a tough call for Sharmila whose cake to eat first. However, she ate Saif's cake first, while Saba looked at her. Narrating the behind the scenes of the picture, Saba penned:
