Shoaib Ibrahim's Sister, Saba Ibrahim, Shares Getting Hot Flashes During Pregnancy, 'My Head Is..'

Saba Ibrahim, sister of television actor, Shoaib Ibrahim and sister-in-law of Dipika Kakar, is on cloud nine as she embraces pregnancy. Her radiant glow is already quite visible in her YouTube vlogs. However, as exciting as this journey is, it also comes with its fair share of challenges. Pregnancy isn’t just about weird cravings; it brings unexpected changes, too. In her latest vlog, Saba opened up about dealing with hot flashes and shared how she always needs to keep her room cool.

Saba Ibrahim talks about hot flashes during pregnancy

As the Ibrahim family observes the holy month of Ramadan, they are taking extra care of Saba while she fasts. With Eid just around the corner, the celebrations are in full swing. For Saba’s fans, the family's Iftar gatherings are nothing new. This tradition has now become a favourite among her subscribers, as they enjoy watching the whole family come together to share a wholesome meal. Recently, Saba hosted an Iftar at her home, inviting her loved ones, and captured the special moments in her latest YouTube vlog.

As Saba began her vlog, she opened up about the less glamorous side of pregnancy. She shared that she’s been feeling tired and forgetful, along with experiencing hot flashes that leave her sweating even with the air conditioner set to the coldest temperature. She shared:

“During pregnancy, I have been experiencing hot flashes so much that I have to keep the room super cold. Even if the AC temperature is at the lowest, I keep sweating. I can’t even show you how my head is completely soaked in sweat and my hair has become moist. I don’t know whether all women go through this, but I have heard that some of them even feel very cold in summers during pregnancy.”

Saba Ibrahim announced her pregnancy

Saba Ibrahim experienced a heartbreaking miscarriage in 2023, leaving her physically and emotionally drained. However, this time, her family is overjoyed as she embraces pregnancy once again, with the baby growing healthily. On January 30, 2025, Saba made her pregnancy Insta-official when she shared two adorable photos with her husband, Khalid. 

In the pictures, Saba looked elegant in a black abaya paired with a white hijab, while Khalid complemented her in a white tee and dark pants. The couple held an adorable onesie with the words, ‘Baby Khalid Coming Soon’ written on it. Sharing the photos, Saba expressed her joy with a heartfelt prayer to her lord and included its translation. She also requested her fans to keep her in their prayers during this special time. Her note read:

“Alhamdulillah MA SHA ALLAH Rabbana hab lana min azwajina wadhurriyatina qurrata a’yunin wa-jalna lil-muttaqina imama. Translation: Our Lord, grant us from among our spouses and offspring comfort to our eyes and make us an example for the righteous.[Qur’an | Surah Al-Furqan | 25:74] May Allah grant us all pious children and protect our families from harm, Ameen! Dua mein yaad rakhna friends.”

Saba’s doting brother, Shoaib Ibrahim, also took to his Instagram stories to re-share his sister's pregnancy announcement. Below it, he wrote, "Allahmadulliah."
