Sai Ketan Rao made it to the headlines with his stint in the Bigg Boss OTT 3 house. He was one of the finalists of the show. Well, it was his personal life that also dominated the headlines, as he seemingly confirmed his relationship with Shivangi Khedkar and apparently hinted at their wedding plans. Well, the actor now dismissed it all and revealed that his statements were misinterpreted.
In an interview with Telly Masala, Sai Ketan Rao was asked about his marriage plans with Shivangi Khedkar, and he denied the same. The actor said that Anil Kapoor asked him two questions; one was about Shivangi, and the other one was about his marriage plans, but his statements are being misunderstood. Sai said that he surely wants to get married within a year or so, but it's still under wraps with whom he would tie the knot. Sai can be quoted as saying:

"Ye aapka maan na hai, lekin waha usdin stage par Anil Kapoor sir ne do baatein boli thi, ek thi Shivangi ke bare mein jo meri dost hai aur ek thi shadi ke bare mein. I agreed on getting married. I wish to get married this year or maybe next year, kiske sath hogi, lets see.''

When Sai Ketan Rao was told that his statement kind of looked like a confirmation of his and Shivangi's relationship, as well as the wedding, he said that it did, but the statement wasn't clear at all. Sai also wished Shivangi good luck and mentioned that they are only best friends and have always been together. Sai can be quoted as saying:
"Exactly, I know yahi lag raha hai. Lekin, pura clear nahi hai. I would wish Shivangi all the best for her life. Kab shadi hogi, kis se hogi. Talking about each other, we are best friends and we have always supported each other. Not just in Bigg Boss, she has also supported me in the outside world too and it has been vice versa.''
In an interview with Siddharth Kannan, Shivangi was asked about rumours about her relationship with Sai Ketan Rao. The interviewer asked the actress if she had any romantic feelings for Sai. To this, she replied that she loves Sai but only as a friend. Sharing more about the same, Shivangi added that she and Sai started their careers at the same time, and thus, they have a connection, and that's true, but she doesn't carry any kind of romantic feelings for him.

During one of the episodes of Bigg Boss OTT 3, Anil Kapoor talked with Sai Ketan Rao and asked about his equation with Shivangi. To this, Sai blushed and seemingly confirmed his relationship. Anil also asked Sai about the reason behind him and Shivangi wearing ring chains across their necks, to which the actor blushed. When Sai was also asked if that ring would be on someone's finger, the former revealed that there was a huge possibility of the same.

Sai Ketan Rao won hearts with his stint in BB OTT 3. The actor was one of the finalists and ended the game as the third runner-up. As per several reports, the actor was paid Rs. 2-3 lakhs per episode, which in total would be Rs. 1 crore for the actor.
