Film producer, Sajid Nadiadwala is loved for his exceptional directorial and writing skills. He is the grandson of filmmaker, A.K. Nadiadwala and starting his career at 25, he has already swooned millions of hearts with his films. As per reports, Sajid's grandfather owned theatres, with more than 5,000 acres and streets named after them in Malad, North Mumbai. Sajid's dad was also a producer. Currently, Sajid is the owner of the production house, Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment. And now, his production company made a huge purchase of Rs. 31 crores.
As per a report in the TOI, Sajid Nadiadwala's production house, Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment became the proud owner of a 7470 square feet plot at Juhu Gaothan, Mumbai. The deal between Sajid's production company and Portion Trading Company was signed on April 6, 2023. For the same, Sajid's house had to pay Rs. 1.87 crore stamp duty, and the transaction was made based on a rate of Rs. 41,900 per square foot. Sajid's production house made a huge payment of Rs 31.3 crore.

Sajid Nadiadwala produced his first film, Zulm Ki Hukumat, starring Dharmendra and Govinda under his own production house, Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment, in 1992. Since then, he has never looked back and kept producing, directing and writing one after the other blockbuster hits. Over the years, he has produced over 200 films. His production house is also known for making some of the most popular films in recent years, including Baaghi, Baaghi 2, Judwaa, Judwaa 2, Housefull, Heropanti, Kick and many others. Next, Sajid is producing the upcoming film, Satyaprem Ki Katha, starring Kartik Aaryan and Kiara Advani.
Unlike his professional front, Sajid Nadiadwala's personal life hasn't been a bed of roses. While he was producing his first film, Zulm Ki Hukumat, he met the Bollywood beauty, Divya Bharti for the first time in his life. It was love at first sight. Then, they started as just friends, but as they gradually started meeting frequently, Sajid and Divya began to feel more connected to each other. They kept meeting regularly and made sure to keep their romance a secret. Finally, when Divya turned 18, the couple got married on May 10, 1992, in a court marriage. As per reports, Divya converted to Islam and changed her name to Sana Nadiadwala.

However, Divya left the mortal planes on April 5, 1993, after she accidentally fell from her building. Her death still remains a mystery. However, Divya's husband, Sajid was completely distraught by her untimely death. After her demise, Sajid dedicated all his films to his beloved. Sajid continued to do so until he tied the knot with a journalist, Warda Khan. Once, in an interview with a leading news portal, Warda had revealed that Sajid still keeps Divya’s photo in his wallet.
