Salman Khan is the most talented and popular actor in the Hindi film industry. He has carved his name in Bollywood, courtesy of his pleasant personality and exceptional acting skills. Salman won millions of hearts by working in blockbuster films like Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan, Pathaan, Bajrangi Bhaijaan, Ek Tha Tiger, Sultan, Tiger Zinda Hai, Bodyguard, Wanted and many more. Currently, the actor is busy with the promotions of his recently released film, Tiger 3. During one such promotional interview, Salman opened up about being secure as an actor and how his father has helped him reach that level.
In a recent candid conversation with ETimes, Salman Khan opened up about how he has managed to be secure as an actor over the years. Talking about the same, the Bhaijaan of Bollywood credited his upbringing for the same and mentioned that he has learned at his home that nobody can snatch what one deserves. Elaborating more about it, the actor stated that no one can out-shadow someone else in the film industry as the audience sees the work. In his words:
"I've seen it at home, I don't think anyone can take anything away from you that you deserve. I don't think you can snatch something from someone that they deserve. You just have to give your best and you can shine but you don't need to out-shadow someone or cut someone's role in a movie or show someone down. When you do these things, the audience sees that. I don't see a motive to do that."

Further, in the same conversation, Salman Khan talked about his father, Salim Khan's career and mentioned that success or failure doesn't affect the latter. Elaborating more about it, the actor mentioned that his father never changed his personality, which is what he learnt from him. Salman mentioned that his family members don't celebrate their success, they also don't sulk when they fail. In his words:
"Before I even became an actor, I've seen failure, success, failure, success with my father's career. When my father was successful as a writer, I didn't see him going nuts or ballistic. When he went down as well, I saw the same father standing there. I didn't see any change in my father's personality. That's what all of us, brothers and sisters got it from him. If a film like Tiger 3 is successful, we may not celebrate it. But perhaps if a film fails, we will not cry either. Because we've given our best."
