Salman Khan is one of the most successful actors of his generation in Bollywood. Well, surely his contributions to Indian cinema, as well as his personality itself doesn’t need any introduction. While for his fans, the actor is hailed no less than an inspiration, Salman, on the other hand, is a very grounded person when it comes to his family. For the unversed, the 58-year-old bachelor still resides with his parents and brothers in a joint family setup in Mumbai.
Apart from Salman Khan, his two brothers, Sohail Khan and Arbaaz Khan are also bonafide actors in the entertainment business. The three of them are closely knit and often reveal fond anecdotes about one another. For instance, back during his stint in the reality show, Dus Ka Dum, the host, Salman Khan narrated an unusual anecdote about his younger brother, Sohail Khan. He revealed how the latter often called him late night, just to express his emotions and love. Adding how, in the first go, those calls used to scare him, Salman said:
“Sohail sometimes calls me at 2-2:30 in the night and cries saying, ‘Salman Bhai..’ I ask him, ‘What happened? Something wrong? Are you okay? Did you get in trouble? Are mom and dad okay?’ And he says, ‘I just called to tell you, I love you.’ I tell him you could do this when I am there also.”

While they may not be very much into brotherly PDA, Salman Khan continues to share an undisputable bond with both his brothers, Arbaaz and Sohail. Previously, while gracing The Kapil Sharma Show, Salman Khan recalled an episode of his childhood, and revealed how he and Arbaaz had once pelted stones at Sohail and left him to bleed profusely. Elaborating more, he had said:
“Long time back, we three brothers were watching the movie Tarzan and playing a game that involved stones. I got so engrossed in the game that I accidentally threw the stone at Sohail who was very young at that time. He went behind the dustbin and within a few seconds, Sohail rose from behind the bin crying and bleeding profusely. Arbaaz and I ran from there.”
Unlike Salman Khan who is still enjoying his bachelorhood at the age of 58, his brothers, Sohail Khan and Arbaaz Khan have had slightly different track records in their personal life. For the unversed, both the younger brothers have been divorced from their former wives, Seema Sajdeh and Malaika Arora respectively. In fact, it was Arbaaz who recently got married again to talented makeup artist, Sshura Khan. Previously, in one of his statements on The Kapil Sharma Show, Salman had expressed a witty reaction to his brothers’ broken marriages and remarked:
“Unhone meri kabhi nahi suni. Ab sunn rahe hai.”

When asked if he would consider his brother, Salman for the role in his upcoming film, Sohail candidly talked about his bhaijaan’s professionalism and stated:
“First choice toh wahi hoti hai ke bhai ke paas jaaye. Woh suitable bhi hona chaiye bhai ke liye. Bhai hai, lekin professional hai. Like or not like woh unke upar hai.”
