Salman Khan's life was jeopardised recently after his dear friend and politician, Baba Siddique, tragically passed away. For the unversed, Baba Siddique was shot by goons in Bandra East Mumbai. Lawrence Bishnoi's group has come forward and took responsibility for the murder and openly announced a threat against Salman Khan. Salman Khan, who is dealing with a myriad of overwhelming emotions, is back to Bigg Boss 18's sets, putting on a brave front amid life-risk.
Salman Khan has marked a new level of professionalism as he returned to the sets of Bigg Boss 18 amid life risk. The megastar was spotted on Bigg Boss 18's sets with a total of 60 guards for his protection. The actor looked relatively low on energy, but he truly stood by the line, 'The show must go on.'
The Bigg Boss' makers have also amplified the guards on the set, and now no visitors are allowed on the sets without proper Aadhar card verification. Salman Khan was seen bashing Avinash Mishra for his fights in the house and Arfeen Khan for not listening to anyone. Salman Khan further added:
"Mere par bhi bahut saare laalchan lagae gae hain. I know what my parents go through.”
ANI’s tweet recently revealed that an investigation had been started to identify the message's sender. For the unversed, an anonymous sender has demanded R. 5 crore ransom for sparing Salman Khan's life. Meanwhile, the Mumbai Police has tightened up the security around Khan’s Galaxy Apartment in Bandra. Salman Khan's security is now in the Y+ category, which includes between eight to eleven personnel guards. Additionaly armed police officers and a few commandos make up this security category.
Salim Khan supports Salman Khan over Lawrence Bishnoi's row. He says that his son doesn't need to apologise as he has done nothing wrong and has not killed any animal. In Salim Khan's words:

Salman ne kabhi kisi jaanwar ko nahi maara. Humne kabhi kisi coackroach ko bhi nahi maara. Hum inn cheezo mein believe hee nahi karte."
Salman Khan buys bulletproof SUV worth Rs. 2 crore
As the police continue their investigation, Salman Khan seems to be taking some of his own protective measures. A report from Bollywood Stories revealed that the actor had recently purchased a bulletproof Nissan Patrol SUV. The car, valued at a staggering Rs. 2 crore, has been imported to Mumbai from Dubai. The Nissan Patrol SUV has enhanced security features, including bomb-alert indicators and reinforced glass to protect against close-range fire. Not only that, the vehicle also has tinted glass to obscure the identities of those inside.
