The same thing happened again when the Zara Hatke Zara Bachke actress revealed her mom's favourite spot in their residence.
On June 12, 2023, Sara Ali Khan took to her IG story and posted a picture of her mom, Amrita's most cherished spot at their home. In the picture, we can see a wall that is full of several photo frames of Sara. The actress called the space to be her mom's favourite, and undoubtedly it was enough to speak volumes about Amrita and Sara's bonding. Sharing the picture, Sara wrote:

During the promotions of her film, Zara Hatke Zara Bachke, Sara's co-star, Vicky Kaushal revealed that the former once scolded her mom, Amrita for buying a towel worth Rs. 1600. A video of the same made its way to the social media where Sara could be seen calling herself cheap. Vicky agreed and shared that when he and Sara were shooting in Indore, the latter's mom, Amrita had accompanied Sara. One day, Vicky overheard Sara yelling at her mother for buying towels worth Rs. 1600 from the brand H&M. Vicky could be quoted saying:
"Literally mai ne dekha hai ek din, yeh apni maa ko daant rahi thi. May kya ho gaya, kuch personal sa hoga beech mein nahi padta. Toh fir puch liya ki kya hogya. Kehti hai meri maa ne H&M se 1600 ke tauliye laayi hai. Uspe daant rahi hai yeh."

Earlier in an interview with News 18, Sara Ali Khan revealed how much her mom is important in her life. In the interview, the actress shared that if she has to visualize her life without her mom, that will be the one thing that can scare her the most. Sara revealed that Amrita is the most important person in her life and one of the reasons that she wakes up daily. In the same interview, Sara was asked if she would like to collaborate with her mom in a film. The actress gave a witty answer to the same and shared that life is a film and it happens every day. Sara said:
"The film is called real life. It happens every day. There are no intervals there and snacks are not always free."

For example, earlier in an interview, Sara was asked what was her mother's reaction to her breakup and how supportive she was. To such a question, Sara shared that Amrita said, "It's okay".
