Bollywood actor, Shah Rukh Khan's stardom knows no bounds as he is the ultimate king of B-Town. Every year, millions of fans gather outside the actor's bungalow, Mannat to get a glimpse of him on his birthday and on Eid. Well, this year was no different as Shah Rukh's fans mobbed outside his house to watch him winning their hearts with his appearance at his balcony.
On April 22, 2023, Shah Rukh Khan performed his annual ritual of greeting his fans on the occasion of Eid. He was accompanied by his little one, AbRam Khan as he made a appearance at his balcony. Dressed in white t-shirt and black pants, SRK looked dapper while AbRam stole the show in a white-hued kurta-pyjama. Needless to say, the fans were overjoyed after seeing their favourite actor on the occasion of Eid.

Earlier, on his 57th birthday, Shah Rukh Khan made a rare appearance on his balcony and delighted his fans, who had gathered outside his house, Mannat. He was accompanied by his younger son, AbRam Khan, who looked the cutest in a black-and-white striped t-shirt and black shorts. On the other hand, Shah Rukh looked dapper as always donning an all-black outfit. In the pictures and videos doing rounds on the internet, the actor was seen waving and blowing kisses to the pool of fans and also flashed thumbs-up and did a Namaste pose to show gratitude to them.

Located on Bandstand, Shah Rukh Khan's luxurious home, Mannat is an unofficial part of the essential ‘Mumbai darshan’ for so many people who visit the city from all across India. SRK bought the heritage bungalow from Bai Khorshed Bhanu Sanjana Trust in 2001. The six-storeyed building overlooks the Arabian Sea, giving the Khan family the best view. Designed by his wife, Gauri Khan, Shah Rukh's mansion is reportedly valued at Rs. 200 crores.

A few months back, Shah Rukh Khan's luxurious mansion got a makeover, and fans were stunned to see a diamond-studded nameplate with 'Mannat' written on it. Previously, the nameplate was in black-brown colour had 'Mannat' written in gold. The new nameplate, which reads 'Mannat Land's End', was designed under Gauri's supervision and reportedly it costs around Rs. 20-25 lakhs.
