Baba Siddique's brutal assassination had raised concern. The politician was killed during the fireworks of the Dusshera were going on near his son's office. Several gunshots were aimed at him, and one of the bullets struck his chest, causing his demise. Lawrence Bishnoi Gang took the charges for this murder and gave threats to Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan. While several celebrities marked their presence at Baba Siddique's funeral, Shah Rukh was nowhere to be seen. Now, a close source to the actor revealed the real reason behind the same.

Shah Rukh Khan skipped Baba Siddique's funeral as he didn't want any harm upon him?

Among others, Salman Khan, Shilpa Shetty, Zaheer Iqbal, and Veer Pahariya attended the funeral of Baba Siddique. As Shah Rukh was not present despite being Baba Siddique's close friend, it left everyone wondering what may have been the reason for the same. Recently, a close source of SRK told Zoom that the actor doesn't want any kind of involvement in the politician's murder case as it's related to him and Salman. As per the source, SRK is well aware of the Lawrence Bishnoi circuit, and he doesn't want any harm upon him. Thus, he has chosen disappearance on this matter and skipped to join his close friend's funeral. The source can be quoted as saying:

"Shah Rukh Khan doesn’t want to get associated in the politician’s murder case. The case is also related to Salman Khan and King Khan, for that matter, wishes to stay away from this! Knowing how Lawrence Bishnoi’s circuit works, Shah Rukh Khan doesn’t want any harm on him anymore. Hence, he has chosen 'disappearance' in the entire matter by skipping Baba Siddique’s funeral who was a close friend to him.”

Lawrence Bishnoi gang took charges of Baba Siddique's murder and gave open threats to Salman Khan

Soon after Baba Siddique's murderers were caught, it was revealed that the culprits were associated with the Lawrence Bishnoi gang, and it was a contract murder. After the same, a member from the Lawrence Bishnoi gang shared a FB post, clearly stating that Baba Siddique's murder was committed by the gang for his support to Salman Khan, and having some connection to Dawood Ibrahim. Not only this, but also open threats were given to Salman Khan and his close friends who helped him, including, Nadeem Qureshi and Shah Rukh Khan.

Shah Rukh Khan talked about his friendship with Baba Siddique

For the unversed, Baba Siddique was famous for his socialite image. Each year, he hosted lavish Iftar parties, which were attended by several Bollywood stars. The late politician once reunited Salman and Shah Rukh. It was in 2013 when, at a party hosted by Baba Siddique, SRK and Bhaijaan hugged it out and ended their long feud, which began in 2008 at Katrina Kaif's birthday party.

Shah Rukh, once in a conversation with the AIB team, was asked about Baba Siddique's 'hugs'. The hosts possibly took a dig at the famous reunion of him and Salman. SRK was asked if he worries about passing through Baba Siddique's area in fear of his hugs. Shah Rukh gave an adorable reply to the same and mentioned that he meets the politician regularly for hugs. SRK added that Baba Siddique's hugs are the best and they are only better when planned. Thus, he plans meetups with the politician rather than opting for surprises.
