Considering that she has remained a topic of intrigue among not only her co-stars but also her fans all across India, Shalini decided to host a direct interaction with users online, answering their questions, one of which was her views on Shah Rukh and Gauri Khan.
Recently, Shalini Passi conquered Reddit to directly interact and respond to as many fans as possible. In a community space for the fans of Fabulous Lives Vs Bollywood Wives, Shalini conducted an ‘Ask Me Anything’ (AMA) session and shared mini anecdotes from her life, fun facts and even some tips. During the session, one Redditor asked Shalini to share her thoughts on Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan.

Shalini revealed in the Netflix show that she and her family have remained close friends with SRK and Gauri, and that they are present in every family event. She posted a heartfelt response expressing her admiration for the power couple of Bollywood, praising them for being ‘self-made personalities’.
Shalini also lauded Shah Rukh’s journey from humble beginnings to becoming an inspiration for people across the world. She particularly praised Gauri for her humility and beauty, emphasising her masterful work not only as a renowned interior decorator but also as an extremely successful entrepreneur. Shalini emphasised her admiration for the way SRK and Gauri’s life story has inspired generations from all parts of the world. Her comment read:
“So, I think Shahrukh and Gauri are self-made personalities, as we all know. And he is an inspiration to people all over the world. Gauri is extremely humble, and she's a beautiful person. I think their lives have really inspired people all over the world and people from different generations.”
A few days ago, Shalini Passi opened up on her bond with King Khan and his family in a chat with Filmfare. The philanthropist revealed that her husband, Sanjay Passi was Shah Rukh’s batchmate and they have known each other for decades. Talking about SRK, Shalini exclaimed:

“I really admire him. He’s so intelligent and he’s such a kind-hearted, good human being. And what a journey he has had. He has inspired people like nobody else. You wouldn't find anyone who has inspired audiences who have just started watching movies to someone who is 80. He’s a phenomenon.”
Shalini also recalled that Gauri approached her after watching the first few episodes of Fabulous Lives vs Bollywood Wives. She shared:
“Gauri watched the show. After watching the first few episodes, she called me and said that she loved it and that she was proud of me. All my friends were very nervous, especially people who know me well because I speak my mind, I don’t gossip and my non-confrontational policy.”
