The Netflix series, Fabulous Lives vs. Bollywood Wives is a rage currently, garnering a lot of TRP since its release. The previous season focused on the lives of Bollywood wives and featured Maheep Kapoor, Bhavana Pandey, Seema Sajdeh, and Neelam Kothari, while the latest season saw some new faces.
The latest edition of the show introduced Riddhima Kapoor Sahni, Kalyani Saha, and Shalini Passi. Out of the many celebrities, Shalini Passi has indisputably stolen the spotlight with her glamour and style. Unapologetic and confident, she has awestruck the audience with her unforgettable presence in the show.
Ever since the show aired, people have been fanatically searching for Shalini Passi and her background. A true-blue Delhiite, Shalini believes in enjoying every moment of her life. Not just in Delhi’s social circle, but Shalini is a popular name in Mumbai’s glamour world. Not many people know that the internet sensation shares a close bond with Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri.
Yes, you read that right. In a recent interaction with India Today, the diva talked about her family ties with Shah Rukh and Gauri. She also revealed that her husband, Sanjay Passi and Gauri were neighbours and grew up together. Not just this, Sanjay has also studied with Shah Rukh Khan. While going through her social media account, we got glimpses of Shalini with the Khan family. From get-togethers to family weddings, Shalini’s pictures with Shah Rukh and Gauri spoke about her bond with the Khan family.
In one of the pictures, we also got a glimpse of Aryan Khan along with Sanjay and Shalini’s son, Robin, from one of their vacations. The picture in question was from when Aryan was a child. In another picture shared by Shalini, we got an inside glimpse of SRK and Gauri’s son, AbRam’s birthday celebration, which took place at Mannat.
We also got our hands on some wedding pictures from Shalini and Sanjay Passi’s home. The former was seen posing with Gauri and Suhana Khan. In another picture, Suhana was seen making a goofy pose along with her cousin, Alia Chaibba and Shalini’s son, Robin.

Talking about her bond with SRK and his family, Shalini, in a recent interview with India Today, shared that her husband, Sanjay and Gauri lived next door in Delhi. Elaborating on the same, she shared:
“My husband and Gauri were neighbours in Delhi and they grew up together. In fact, Shah Rukh and my husband studied together. My son (Robin Passi) and Aryan (Khan) also went to university together. We are very close; they are like family to us.”
In the same interaction, Shalini also stated how Gauri makes sure to visit her school and college friends whenever she visits Delhi. Hailing Gauri’s grounded nature, Shalini revealed:
"Gauri being from Delhi, and with her father being in the army, has this amazing quality of remaining grounded. It’s rare to maintain that in our industry. Gauri is a very solid person, whether it comes to her family or her friends. When she visits Delhi, she always makes it a point to meet her school and college friends and spend time with them. It’s truly a pleasure to know her and the entire family."
Shalini Passi is the founder of MASH India and Shalini Passi Art Foundation and the chairman of PASCO Group. She has a strong inclination towards art and glamour. She began her professional journey as an art and design collector. Apart from being a member of the Khoj Advisory Board, Shalini is also the patron of the Kochi-Muziris Biennale.
On the other hand, Shalini’s husband, Sanjay Passi, is the Chairman of Pasco Group. One of the most renowned business tycoons, Sanjay expanded his father’s business into passenger and commercial vehicle domains. Though his net worth is not disclosed, his company’s reported turnover is around Rs. 2,690 crores.
