Stating an example, Sharmila mentioned how Akshay only works out for 3-4 hours daily, so having a fixed shift definitely helps him. Talking more about how things have changed, she added how even if it's the most famous stars like Ranveer Singh and Ranbir Kapoor, people will also consider them if they are tardy like the yesteryear actors. Sharmila can be quoted as saying:
"So the contract is made accordingly so if they want to wake up late or if they want to workout, their workout is very important. Like Akshay Kumar, he works out for 3-4 hours and then runs for a while and then he starts working so that’s alright. But to keep people waiting for four hours even if you are Ranveer Singh or Ranbir Kapoor, but if you are four hours late, people will reconsider.”
Sharmila Tagore and Rajesh Khanna were a hit pair back in their time. It was their film, Aradhana, which left the cinema fanatics go gaga.
