Bigg Boss 18 is dominating headlines with its high-voltage drama. The reality TV show is in its second week, and we already have a brewing catfight. Shrutika and Alice Kaushik are at loggerheads with each other, and we just witnessed a major showdown during the duo.
Bigg Boss recently gave a task to the housemates to remove one contestant from the race to become the captain of the house. Shrutika removed Alice and reasoned that the actress doesn't mix with other contestants apart from Esha and Avinash. Later, Shrutik added that Alice mocked her South Indian accent, which she did not like. Although Alice defended herself, said that she meant no harm, and found Shrutika's accent 'cute', the latter remained offended.
After the altercation, Alice burst out in anger and abused Shrutika. She reasoned that if Shrutika had an issue with her, she could have cleared that out directly instead of using it in the task. She later vows to ruin Shrutika's happiness in the house.
In her deeply personal conversation, Alice bravely opened up about the loss of her father in 2016. As she recounted the painful memory, Alice had an emotional outburst, and she tearfully revealed that her father had taken his own life. Tragically, a few years later, her mother also passed away due to a heart-related condition. In a poignant moment, the actress shared that she feels a profound sense of loneliness in her home, especially after returning from her shoots into an empty home.
Witnessing Alice's emotional outpour, the show's host, Salman stepped in as a mentor, boosting her morale with his supportive words. He expressed his confidence in Alice’s potential to win Bigg Boss, saying:

“I believe now, after seeing this, there is a 100% chance of you winning Bigg Boss. Aapka jo ateet hai, mera maan na hai ki usko peeche chhodo. It is very difficult par apne jis prakar se apne isko handle kiya hai, it is highly commendable.”
