Navya Naveli Nanda's podcast, What The Hell Navya 2 features her Jaya Bachchan and Shweta Bachchan. The three ladies shared an interesting anecdote and their thoughts about life and their experiences. In the latest episode of the podcast, Shweta Bachchan revealed shocking details about her mother, Jaya Bachchan and how she would whack with a comb while getting her ready for school.
In the third episode of What The Hell Navya, the three Bachchan women were seen discussing wellness. During one moment, Shweta shared a shocking incident in which her brother, Abhishek Bachchan, once cut a chunk off her hair with scissors after they had a fight while sleeping. Shweta further added that Jaya Bachchan would comb her hair with pins so that it doesn't show.

Shweta further recalled how her mother, Jaya, would every day comb her hair, and she would get whacked with a comb on her head. Jaya would always ask her to sit straight and would comb her hair tight and it looked painful as she remembered the details. However, Jaya stated that's how she grew up. Shweta was quoted as saying:
"Nani used to do my hair every morning before going to school and I used to get so many whacks on my head with the comb. 'Sit straight, Sit straight.' Thack on my head. Braiding my hair tight, tight, tight. And then doing that loop hairstyle."
Navya further asked Shweta how her mother would keep cutting her hair short. To which, Shweta added that Amitabh Bachchan would hate it. Navya agreed and stated that when she also cuts her hair, her grandfather, Amitabh would ask why she had done it.

During the same episode, Jaya Bachchan recalled that Amitabh Bachchan has a habit of rubbing mustard oil on his body for moisturisation. She further added that it is his 'UP habit'. Not only this, Jaya Bachchan further revealed that Amitabh would insist on putting mustard oil on the kids, but she would not agree with it.
In the second episode of Navya's podcast, the host asked her nani about the red flags in her relationship. She explained to her the meaning of a red flag. To which, Jaya revealed that for her, it is 'bad manners'. She added that she hates when people refer to another person as 'tu' or 'tum'. She even revealed that she never once used 'tum' for her husband, Amitabh Bachchan. Jaya was quoted as saying:
"Bad manners for me would be a big red flag. Ek cheez jo mujhe bahut buri lagti jab log 'tum' 'tu' karke baat krte hai chahe kisi se bhi. Aapne kabhi mujhe nana ko 'tum' se baat karte suna hai. Mujhe lagta hai yeh sab cheejo ke liye consciously effort karna chahiye. Jo apke generation ke log nahi karte hai. 'Aap' se 'tum', 'tum' se 'tu', uske baad finished. Toh relationship bhi aise hi hota hai na. Jab tak aap kisi ki izzat nahi karege pyaar nahi hai."
