The rift between television actress, Shweta Tiwari and her estranged husband, Abhinav Kohli has been going on for some time now. The couple has been sending legal notices to each other, defaming and laying allegations on one another since a long time. In a conversation with Pinkvilla, Shweta revealed that she gets fed up of all the negativity around her at times. The actress said, "Honestly, I am not always positive. I do get tired, fed up with everything, and wonder when will all the hurdles end in life? But since childhood, I have believed in the saying that the bad times pass, just like the good times are not meant forever. I believe that both the good and the bad days happen in balance and has to end one day. So, when I am facing days which are particularly heavy and bad, I motivate myself to keep going, knowing this will pass making way for the good days."
Shweta also talked about what brings a smile to her face and positivity in her life. She said, "I wait for the good day to come and keep moving with a smile on my face. Secondly, my kids are the biggest reason for this positivity. When they see me sad, they get affected and become sad and get scared, so I try to be happy in front of them and pretend at times that I am unaffected by all that is happening around me. When my kids look at me, they think there is nothing in the world that my mother cannot handle and they are happy when they see me happy. That, for me, is my biggest motivation. Yes, I do get tired and feel exhausted. I sometimes feel even they smile for me, as I smile for them. It is this love for each other that keeps us strong and going." In the latest kerfuffle, Shweta's Tiwari's estranged husband, Abhinav Kohli had claimed that Shweta is not letting him meet their son, Reyansh. For the unversed, in September, Shweta Tiwari had tested positive with COVID-19, and while she had quarantined herself at home, she had sent her son, Reyansh Kohli to his father, Abhinav Kohli's house. After she had recovered, Shweta had brought Reyansh back from his father's home, and since then, she hasn't allowed Abhinav to talk or meet their little one, according to Abhinav.

In an interview with India Today, Abhinav Kohli had revealed that he had sent a legal notice to his estranged wife, Shweta Tiwari for defamation. Elaborating on the same, Abhinav had said, "If Shweta doesn't respond to the notice in 14 days, I'll decide on the further course of legal action against her. Reyansh needs his father as much as he needs his mother. Today, I met him after a week. But Shweta took him away from me in just a few minutes. Since the time I got married to Shweta Tiwari, I have done everything to prove myself a good husband and father. But despite my all efforts, I'm all alone today. I'm away from my son because Shweta Tiwari is a celebrity and I appear as a bad person in front of people."
