Woman of substance and strength, Shweta Tiwari is an actress, whom nobody can forget. With a long list of daily soaps and movies, she has made a big name for herself in the industry. Speaking of her personal life, Shweta has been unlucky in love. She married Raja Chowdhary at the mere age of 18 and faced the burnt end of their relationship later in life. While she was struggling on the sets of Kasauti Zindagi Kay to prove herself, her first husband, Raja, used to beat and torture her at home.
Not someone who would give up or bow down, Shweta successfully moved out of her abusive marriage and raised her daughter, Palak Tiwari as a single mother. Later she tied the knot for the second time with Abhinav Kohli and welcomed a son, Reyansh Kohli. But, due to some differences, Abhinav and Shweta parted ways in 2019. Fast forward to now, the actress is a proud single mommy to her two beautiful kids.

On September 10, 2022, Palak Tiwari took to her IG space and dropped a Reel, clad in a beautiful purple-hued kanjeevaram saree. In addition, the celeb daughter donned gold and diamond studded jewellery. A braid adorned with flowers, glam makeup and rosy cheeks completed Palak’s beautiful look. However, what caught our attention was her mommy, Shweta Tiwari’s cutesy reaction upon seeing her daughter in a South Indian avatar. Taking to the comment section of her post, Shweta penned a love-filled line, which can be read as:
“Oh my god! My Babyyyy.”
Earlier, in an interview with Bollywood Bubble, Shweta Tiwari had reacted to the trolls who body-shamed her daughter. Talking about how Palak keeps asking her if she was too thin, Shweta had narrated:
“Am I really that thin?' and I say no. I tell her, 'For your age, this is ok. As you grow older, your body will change'."

Given that Shweta had been in two failed marriages, once in an interview with Bombay Times, Palak Tiwari was questioned about the same. She was asked if her mother’s failed relationships had tainted her idea about love and marriage. Answering this, Palak had said that true love does exist and she would not want to be in a relationship which asks for justification in return. In her words:
“Not at all, because I have always seen my mother be a good wife. I have also seen my naani. So, I know that love exists, and my idea of love and marriage has not been tainted. But I have also realised that one should not rush into marriage. If you feel something is wrong with the person, it’s better to leave him at that moment. Women struggle with that the most and I have seen that with not just my mother, but women from around the world. We keep justifying things for our partners because we want to see the good in people. It’s a great quality, but it will come back to bite. That’s not love or at least that’s not the kind of love I want – not now, not ever."
Shweta and Palak are indeed the best mother-daughter duo in the television industry! What do you think?
