On the other hand, Naga Chaitanya wore classic Pattu pancha, laalchi and kanduva, a three-piece set worn by the men of Andhra Pradesh.

Sobhita Dhulipala and Naga Chaitanya's unseen engagement photos

A day after their engagement, Sobhita took to her Instagram handle and posted unseen pictures from her engagement ceremony. The couple's engagement ceremony had old-world charm; their home was decorated with traditional lotus strings, setting the right environment for their engagement. In the first monochrome picture, we could see the couple lost in each other's eyes as they were sitting on a swing.

In the second photo, Sobhita held Chaitanya's arms, and they looked adorable together. In another photo, the bride-to-be was trying to control her laugh while Chaitanya admired her. The last glimpse showed the soon-to-be-married couple lovingly posing for the camera. Along with it, Sobhita penned a Tamil poem, which could be read as:

"What could my mother be to yours? What kin is my father to yours anyway? And how did you and I meet ever? But in love our hearts are as red earth and pouring rain: mingled beyond parting. –From Kurunthogai, translated by A K Ramanujan."

Recently, in an interview with Times Now, Naga Chaitanya's father Nagarjuna was questioned about his son's wedding with Sobhita Dhulpala. To this, the superstar stated that they are in no rush. However, they had a hurried engagement as August 8 was an auspicious day, and Chay and Sobhita had decided to marry each other, so the family agreed.
