Bollywood actress, Sonakshi Sinha has been dominating all the headlines ever since she embarked on the new journey of her life with the love of her life, Zaheer Iqbal. Soon after registering their marriage on June 23, 2024, in a white-themed intimate wedding ceremony, the gorgeousness dropped surreal photos from the same. Afterwards, late at night of the same day, the newly wedded couple hosted a star-studded post-wedding bash for their friends and colleagues from the world of glam and glitz. However, it was Sonakshi's reception look that caught our attention.
Sonakshi Sinha turned into a regal bride for her wedding reception. She opted for an elegant red-hued Banarasi silk brocade saree adorned with motifs of chand buti (crescent moon) and a broad golden border. She complemented her saree with a simple matching-hued blouse. Upon doing some research, we found Sonakshi's saree was from Raw Mango’s textile archives from the late 18th century, and she looked absolutely mesmerising in it. The price of the saree is Rs. 79,800. On the other hand, Zaheer complemented his wife in a white sherwani paired with matching pants and leather shoes.

Sonakshi accessorised her saree with a heavy bridal set comprising of a necklace featuring precious gemstones, matching statement earrings, and a pair of red chooda. Moreover, it was her sindoor-laden maang, a small red bindi and red-dyed hands that added an oomph factor to her look. She completed her look with glam makeup, including bold winged eyes, blushed and highlighted cheeks, glossy lips, and a neatly combed bun hairdo adorned with gajra. In addition, she opted for smooth metallic leatherette Antik wedges to complement her entire look. The hand-made premium shoes with a cushioned insole, braid detailing, and a toe loop were from the label, Aprajita Toor and is priced at Rs. 5,499.
Earlier, Sonakshi and Zaheer's friend, Jafer Ali Munshi, took to his IG handle and posted a photo seemingly from the couple's mehendi ceremony. In the picture, the actress was seen wearing a brown-toned long gown with golden prints all over it. She teamed her look with soft and subtle makeup and opted for an open hairstyle. On the other hand, Zaheer was seen wearing a white-hued short kurta that featured pinkish floral prints all over. In the photo, the couple posed happily with their friends and family members.

On June 17, 2024, Sonakshi Sinha took to her IG stories and shared two photos seemingly from her intimate bachelorette bash. For the night, the actress wore a sexy black-hued dress featuring full sleeves and a plunging neckline. Glam makeup and a bun hairdo with a few loose tresses at the front completed her look. In yet another picture, Sonakshi was seen posing with her girl gang, including her close friend, Huma Qureshi, and looked the happiest.
