Sonam Kapoor Celebrates First Mother's Day In UK, Hubby, Anand Ahuja Surprises Her With Gifts

Sonam Kapoor is the ultimate fashionista of Bollywood. The diva never fails to stun her fans with her impeccable choice of outfits. Apart from being an amazing actress, Sonam is a doting wife to her husband, Anand Ahuja and a loving mother to their son, Vayu Kapoor Ahuja. For the unversed, the lovebirds embraced parenthood for the first time after they welcomed their baby boy, Vayu on August 20, 2022. And now, as the gorgeousness celebrated her first Mother's Day, her hubby showered her with love and surprises.

On March 19, 2023, the newbie mommy, Sonam Kapoor celebrated her first Mother's Day after giving birth to her son, Vayu Kapoor Ahuja in the UK. And to mark the day, her hubby, Anand Ahuja arranged a sweet little surprise for her. Taking to her IG stories, the actress dropped some glimpses of their celebration. In one of the pictures shared by Sonam, we get a glimpse of her beautifully decorated room. In the photo, we can see how Anand has decorated the room with hydrogen balloons and gifts. Sharing the glimpses, Sonam heaped praises on her hubby. Calling Anand the best husband in the world, she wrote:

"It's my first Mother's Day! And @anandahuja has outdone himself! Love you my baby."

Sonam gives glimpses of her gifts

In the next IG story, Sonam gave glimpses of the gifts that she received from her hubby, Anand. The actress got a set of two books from her husband, The Merchant of Venice and An Ideal Husband. Sharing the pictures, Sonam mentioned that books are the best gift for her. Her husband, Anand Ahuja reshared her stories on his Instagram handle and dropped cutesy emojis and a "MAMA" sticker. 

When Sonam dropped glimpses of her son, Vayu's bedtime story session

On March 13, 2023, Sonam had taken to her IG handle and dropped a series of lovely pictures from her wonderful weekend with her husband, Anand Ahuja, their son, Vayu Kapoor Ahuja, and some close friends. However, the photo that melted our hearts was from Vayu's bedtime story session with his mommy, Sonam. In the priceless picture, the doting mother can be seen reading a storybook titled, The Paper Dolls, to her little one, who was listening to her attentively. Moreover, the mother-son duo looked adorable in their PJs. While Sonam donned a white-hued printed nightsuit, her baby boy looked cute as a button in his onesie.

When Sonam Kapoor shared glimpses of her six-month-old son, Vayu trying to crawl

February 20, 2023, marked the 6-month birthday of Sonam's baby boy, Vayu, and she had shared glimpses of how her baby boy tried to achieve another milestone in his life. Taking to her IG handle, the actress posted a picture of herself dressed in her night clothes, while playing with Vayu, who looked adorable in a white onesie. In the other glimpses, Sonam showed how her baby boy tried to crawl but flipped while reaching out for his toys.
