In his personal life, Sonu is married to Sonali Sood, and they are parents to two sons. It was on March 24, 2025, when Sonu's wife, Sonali met with a fatal accident on Mumbai-Nagpur high road. And now, Sonu reacted to his wife's fatal accident.

For the unversed, Sonu Sood's wife, Sonali was travelling with her sister and nephew when the car crashed. Several photos of the broken car made rounds on social media. As per a report by the Hindustan Times, Sonali and her nephew were injured and they were admitted to the Max Hospital in Nagpur. Sonali's sister acquired only two minor injuries, while she and her nephew reportedly were severely injured. Sonu reached Nagpur after finding about the accident. It was the actor's spokesperson who confirmed the report. Now, Sonu reacted to the same. Talking to India Today, Sonu said that his wife is doing fine now and she had a miraculous escape. In a short statement, Sonu said:

"She’s doing fine now. Had a miraculous escape. Om Sai Ram."

Sonu Sood also took to his tweet and thanked his fans and well-wishers for their prayers. He further expressed his gratitude to the authorities and medical team for the quick response they have gotten. As per a report by Business Connection India, Sonali Sood has sustained minor injuries, and she has reached her home after the required medical treatment. The couple's family members have requested the media and fans to give them privacy in this crucial stage. Sonu Sood's tweet can be read as:

"Grateful for the love and concern. Sonali is doing fine, and we’re thankful for the quick response of the authorities and medical team”.
