Bollywood actor, Sonu Sood welcomed Ganpati Bappa home with a lot of pomp with his family. The actor has been welcoming Ganpati Bappa for more than twenty years, and he makes sure to enjoy the ten days with puja, yummy delicacies and modaks. Just a few seconds ago, Sonu Sood shared glimpses of the first day of Ganpati aagman.
For the unversed, Sonu Sood had met the love of his life, Sonali Sood when he was still studying. It was during Sonu’s engineering days in Nagpur when they started dating each other. The couple tied the knot on September 25, 1996. Together, the duo are raising their two kids, Ishaant Sood and Ayan Sood.

On August 31, 2022, Sonu Sood took to his Instagram handle and posted two pictures from his Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations. In one of the photos, he was seen donning a maroon-coloured kurta and his wife, Sonali Sood twinned with him. We also spotted Sono's children posing with them. Alongside it, Sonu wrote:
"Ganpati Bappa Morya."
It is said that behind every successful man, there is a woman, and Sonu Sood’s wife, Sonali Sood proves this quote right. She had never stopped Sonu Sood from lending a helping hand to the less privileged people during the Coronavirus pandemic. In an interview with The Times of India, Sonu Sood revealed how his wife, Sonali Sood had not uttered a word when she had shifted with him to a 1BHK flat in Mumbai post-wedding. The actor had shared:

"She is an Andhra-ite and is the first girl who came into my life. Even after I got married, there were three struggling boys still staying with us in a 1BHK. She was supportive of that and even today, we always have food for at least 10 extra people made in our house as ours is an open house. Initially, she was not happy when I wanted to be an actor, but today she’s proud of me."
