Suhana Khan is one of the most popular star kids amongst the newest generation. Following in her father, Shah Rukh Khan’s footsteps and inheriting her mother, Gauri Khan’s charisma, Suhana is all set to make her massive silver screen debut with the film, Archies. Apart from making her film debut, Suhana has already been grabbing a lot of limelight due to her associations with multiple brands, such as Tira Beauty and Maybelline. Moreover, every now and then, the debutant actress gets spotted attending events and parties, which always pull her to the top of the headlines.
Taking to the discussion portal, Reddit, a user recently shared a clip of Suhana Khan, from the launch event of the brand, Tira Beauty. For the unversed, Suhana, along with Kiara Advani and Kareena Kapoor were chosen as the faces for this new online retail brand. In the clip, Suhana could be seen having a conversation with the host, Arjun Kapoor over the matter of the unrealistic standards of beauty, that has been set in our society for so long. She could be heard as saying:

“Our generation believes that above appearance, it is more about self-expression and individuality. And I think it’s not about setting unrealistic beauty standards anymore; it’s about challenging them and breaking them. And I feel like we are really defining the term beauty, with more layers and depth.”

Well, as soon as the clip was posted, eagle-eyed netizens took note of it and started commenting their reactions to Suhana’s views. A major section of netizens were left unimpressed with her opinions, since they felt she misleadingly spoke about a sensitive topic, while she herself got her skin tone changed and whitened. Calling her opinions a ‘gyan’, a netizen commented, “She changed her nose, whitens her skins and is giving gyan to common folks”. Another user wrote, “You are ugly only until you are not rich.”

For the unversed, Suhana Khan is all set to make her debut with the upcoming film, The Archies. Directed by Zoya Akhtar, the film is set to be released on December 7, 2023, on the global streaming platform, Netflix. Apart from Suhana, the film marks the launch of two other star kids as well, including Amitabh Bachchan’s grandson, Agastya Nanda and Boney Kapoor’s younger daughter, Khushi Kapoor.
