One of the longest-running and the most successful shows in the history of Television, Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah has glued the audiences with its exceptional storyline and brilliant acting skills by every single actor involved in the show. Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah is based on Taarak Janubhai Mehta's Gujarati column, Duniya Ne Undha Chashma. The much talked about characters of the show, 'Jethalal Champaklal Gada' and 'Daya Jethalal Gada' became household names and won many hearts through their acting and perfect comic timing. The actress portrayed the character of 'Dayaben' for the first time back in 2008 and it was in November 2017, when Disha had waved goodbye to the show for her maternity break, which got extended into a gap of 2 years. However, there’s no doubt that Disha is enjoying life with her newborn daughter, Stuti and family right now. We have seen Disha with Stuti on multiple occasions in recent times and there’s no arguing the fact that she is in love with her little angel like any other mother out there. Recently, the actress was spotted in a family gathering with her little cutie-pie and other family members.
In the pictures, we can see Disha wearing a pink saree with traditional jewellery, while her little daughter was dressed in a blue jacket. In the pictures, we can see Disha having a quality time with her family members. However, the little girl, Stuti can be seen fully-packed in her jacket and hoodie. The pictures are already doing rounds on the internet and the sole reason behind it is the mesmerizing smile of 'Dayaben' and her littler daughter, Stuti who is busy in her own dreamland. Disha and her beloved husband, Mayur Pandya had embraced parenthood on November 30, 2017, with the arrival of their baby girl. It was Disha, who had posted the first picture of her daughter on Instagram back on June 25, 2019, and since then we have seen a lot of pictures of the mother-daughter duo. Here’s the picture below:

Talking about the professional front, we still don’t have enough clarity about what had happened in-between producer, Asit Modi and Disha’s husband, Mayur Pandya. The last we heard from Asit regarding this whole controversy, when he had revealed in an interview with The Times of India, “We are positive that Disha will make a comeback on the show as Daya. It might take a month’s time. Time and again, we have been asking her to be back on the show. However, she wasn’t ready and told us, ‘Meri Beti Abhi Choti hai, how can I leave her alone?’ But now, she seems to have made up her mind to make a comeback. Disha and the production house never had any negative conversations in the past. We were always insisting on having her back on the show. We have tried to push the story for two years without Dayaben, but we want her back on the show.”
No wonder, Disha’s character, 'Dayaben' is going to live long in the history books of the television industry for generations to come and people will hail her for the way she used to say, ‘Tappu Ke Papa’. In an interview with Tellychakkar, Disha had revealed the reason why she used to call her on-screen husband, Jethalal Gada in such a unique way. She had revealed, “It is a custom in Gujarati families that the wife should not call her husband by his first name. It is believed that if she does so, her husband’s life span will be cut short. This is why she addresses him as the father of her child. Or she will call him by enquiring, “Are you listening?” I did not have to practice how to say, “Tappu ka Pappa.” My co-star, Dilip Joshi had helped me a lot on how to get into the skin of the character.” (Also Read: Katrina Kaif Attends The Screening Of A Web Series Of Rumoured Boyfriend, Vicky Kaushal's Brother)
