The Kapoor and Pataudi clan have, time and again, addressed the issue of the constant media attention their little Taimur Ali Khan is getting. Recently, in an interaction with the media at the HELLO! Hall of Fame Awards 2019, Taimur’s dadi, Sharmila Tagore spoke about the age of social media and how her granddaughter, Sara Ali Khan taught her something very important. The 74-year-old former silver screen queen, Sharmila Tagore said, “I suppose we have to live with it. This is the age of social media. I don’t think anything can be done about it.” Agreeing to what Sara Ali Khan told her, Sharmila ji added, “I am very old-fashioned. I don’t think children should be exposed to all this. However, I learnt from Sara (Sara Ali Khan, Taimur’s half-sister) to say if you can’t beat them then, join them. I guess I should be happy about it but I don’t think it’s very good for the child.”
Nation’s love for chote Nawab is so much that a Kerala toy company has created Taimur-inspired dolls, which is reportedly in huge demand! Sharing Taimur Ali Khan’s dadi, Sharmila Tagore’s reaction to the same, a Deccan Chronicle report quoted a source as saying, “She (Sharmila Tagore) was as startled by the emergence of the doll as anyone else. The family is still trying to come to terms with Taimur’s overwhelming popularity. Saif was summoned by his mom (the legendary actress Sharmila Tagore) to discuss the issue. Normally, Sharmila ji is the most non-interfering mother you will find. But now with two-year-old Taimur being constantly in the limelight, she feels some measures must be taken to provide the child with a normal life.”
On March 15, 2019, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Saif Ali Khan along with Taimur Ali Khan attended baby Tim’s annual day at school. While Saif was in his comfortable self, wearing a white and pastel pink kurta-pyjama which he paired with tan shoes, his wife Kareena looked stunning in a blue striped wrap-around midi dress with bishop sleeves. She teamed up her outfit with black pumps and a black sling bag. Their little bundle of joy, Taimur flaunted his ‘spikes look’ in a black muscle tee and orange shorts. Here is the picture:
In an interview with the Film Companion, Kareena Kapoor Khan talked about the constant media pressure and worry they have for baby Taimur Ali Khan. She was quoted as saying, “Because what am I supposed to go screaming, what am I supposed to do. So it's like dangerous for us, the test is in us. The pressure is on Saif and me more than him. He is still growing up he is still small, he is registering that he's being clicked because they are calling his name. But the pressure is more on the parents because we are worrying constantly. It's up to us to give him a normal upbringing.” (Also Read: Gauri Khan Shares A Cute Picture Of Shah Rukh Khan And AbRam Khan Posing As Native Americans)
