Tannaz Irani and Bakhtiyaar Irani's love story is no less than a filmy tale. They met on the sets of Fame Gurukul in 2015. Bakhtiyaar's prank on Tannaz made her fall for him. However, getting married wasn't easy for Tannaz, as she had a failed marriage, and Bakhtiyaar was seven years younger than her. Tannaz's parents strongly opposed it and even threw her out of their home.
Recently, in a podcast with RJ Anmol and Amrita Rao for their YouTube channel, Couple Of Things, Tannaz and Bakhtiyaar talked about their love story in detail for the first time. During one of the moments, Tannaz and Bakhtiyaar revealed that they had been in a live-in relationship for one year. However, Tannaz's family was really upset with it.

When RJ Anmol asked whether Tannaz and Bakhtiyaar were thrown out of their home, the couple told the truth. Tannaz called it a proper Bollywood movie scene. She shared that her family had thrown her and Bakhtiyaar out as they didn't want them to be together. Tannaz said:
"It was my birthday, he was thrown out of the home. Everyone was congratulating me, and hum duno idli or sambhar kha rahe the."
Bakhtiyaar further explained the situation and revealed that Tannaz's family was going on a tour. They asked her to leave the home if she wanted to continue her relationship with him. Tannaz shared that she told Bakhtiyaar to leave the house as she wanted to talk to her family, but he was crying inconsolably. Recalling the moment, Tannaz said:
"Toh mai ne Bakhtiyaar ko kaha please ghar choro please ghar se bahar jao mai apni family se baat krna chahti hoon. And vo ro raha tha bechara. I was also confused. Vo rote-rote ghar par aaya."
Tannaz revealed that she convinced him to leave the home, and he told her if she did not come down, he would go upstairs again in half an hour. Bakhtiyaar revealed that when he was leaving, Tannaz held her hand and told him, "I am coming." Tannaz assured him that they would be together after that.

Bakhtiyaar shared that when he came upstairs, Tannaz told him that she had also been thrown out. She went to her home and was confused about what she should pack from her four cupboards. Tannaz revealed that they had no place to go, and the actress stayed with her girlfriends, as Bakhtiyaar had secured a home for themselves.
Tannaz revealed that Bakhtiyaar and her families were against their relationship. Tannaz shared that it wasn't easy to convince the family, but they were sure that both families should be present at their wedding, and they would not get married till they agreed.
