It was a surreal moment for our nation as India defeated South Africa in the T20 World Cup 2024 Finals. The team, under the leadership of Rohit Sharma, gave an exceptional performance on the field and lifted the winning trophy. Virat Kohli was announced as the Player Of The Match, while Hardik Pandya gave it back to the trolls with his heart-winning speech. The 'Men In Blue' were seen crying happy tears and hugging each other after the win, leaving everyone with goosebumps.
Recently, we stumbled upon a picture of the Indian cricket team posing with the Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi, after the massive win. The photo showed PM Modi proudly standing with the T20 World Cup-winning team, including Captain Rohit Sharma, Rahul Dravid, and Virat Kohli and others. The players were seen wearing a customised jersey with 'Champions' written on it. We can also see BCCI Secretary, Jay Shah, and President, Roger Binny along with the Indian cricket team in the picture.

Meanwhile, Virat Kohli reunited with his family in Delhi after his massive win in the T20 World Cup. The cricketer looked dapper in all-black athleisure wear as he proudly flaunted his shining medal while posing for the lens. Virat's brother, Vikas Kohli and the latter's son turned his biggest cheerleader and happily posed with the cricketer. It was indeed a wholesome moment for the Kohli family.

The ICC T20 World Cup 2024 trophy brought immense happiness to cricket fanatics. While it was a moment to rejoice for all the Indians, they received the most heartbreaking news when Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma announced their retirement from the T20 Internationals. After that, Ravindra Jadeja also announced his retirement. Since then, their fans have been hailing the cricketers and expressing their emotions over their retirement.
