Himanshi Tekwani, a.k.a, That Glam Girl's personal life has been being discussed in the public domain for a year now. It was in June 2023, when Himanshi took to her YouTube vlogs, and announced that she and her husband, Rishi Athwani had decided to part ways mutually. While she had mentioned that it was a mutual decision, netizens started blaming it on Rishi and even dragged his parents and sister into this matter, while blaming them for the couple's decision to separate. Later, in the same year, the couple seemed to have reconciled, only to part ways yet again. And now, Rishi has finally shared his side of the story.

Rishi Athwani breaks silence on his separation from 'That Glam Girl', Himanshi Tekwani

Taking to his vlogs, Rishi Athwani broke his silence about the speculations on his parents, i.e., That Glam Girl, Himanshi's in-laws being the reason behind their split. Rishi shared that he has been through a lot, and his life has hit several ups and downs. Later, he didn't directly take Himanshi's name but mentioned how his parents have always supported her, and even more than their own daughter. 

Rishi Athwani reacted to his parents being blamed for his separation from Himanshi

Rishi, in the video, shared that it made him super upset to find out that Himanshi had filed fake cases against him and his parents. Not only this, he also stated that people just troll him, saying he used Himanshi's popularity, where he and his family members had some contribution in growing Himanshi's profession on social media. Rishi also mentioned that he had worked hard on his part, from editing videos and managing content, to come up with new ideas, and more. He claimed that all the hard work finally resulted in the growing success of Himanshi's channel.

Rishi further bashed Himanshi by saying that she is misusing her rights of being a woman, as a society only listens to a girl and not a boy. Further, in the video, Rishi added that he had tried his level best to sort things out, but certain people's attitudes and egos could not be formed right, causing the issues. He also added that if the blame were only against him, then he would probably be silent, but it had come up to his parents who never questioned their bahu, and let her do what she wanted to do, while giving her love even more than their own kids.

The screengrab of Rishi Athwani's recent video was shared on the discussion platform, Reddit, wherein netizens have been penning down their opinions. Some users claimed that Rishi's claims could have been right, and wondered what could be the actual reason for their separation. Some other internet users blamed Rishi and his family members and stated that Himanshi never talked on social media about them, while the former and his sister have always tried to shade the influencer since their separation news circulated.

One user penned, "No parent loves their DIL more than their daughter even if they say that." Another user's opinion could be read as, "Rishi is always a cry baby. He never satisfies with anything. Always complaining and blaming others for mistake. He is no saint at all."
