Mukesh Ambani's darling wife, Nita Ambani, hails from a middle-class family. She is the daughter of Ravindrabhai Dalal and Purnima Dalal. Despite coming from such a background, Nita is immensely praised for her journey in the business world. However, it is the support from her loved ones, especially her mother, Purnima, that enabled her to reach such a height. It is also believed that Nita is an exact copy of Purnima.
Now, an Ambani fan page shared a sneak peek into the grand birthday celebration organised for Nita Ambani's doting mother, Purnima Dalal. As per the fan page, the celebration occurred at Purnima's daughter, Nita and son-in-law, Mukesh Ambani's residence, Antilia. We can spot a beautiful picture stand along with the special birthday note and a few other decoration pieces kept near it, hinting at the grand celebration it will be.

Purnima Dalal is often spotted radiating charm and elegance in her pretty chiffon sarees at various Ambani events. For instance, she was seen along with her daughters, Nita Ambani and Mamta Dalal, during the three-day-long pre-wedding soiree in March 2024 for Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant. In a photo from one of the events, Nita looked stunning as always in a shimmery green-hued co-ord set. On the other hand, Nita's mom, Purnima was seen wearing a pastel-hued block-printed chiffon saree, which she teamed with a matching-hued blouse. Purnima completed her look with a pearl necklace, matching earrings, and a rose gold-hued wristwatch. Moreover, Mamta donned an orange-hued zardosi kurta with sleek jewellery.
Mukesh Ambani’s mother-in-law, Purnima Dalal, is also called ‘Prayer Aunty’ due to her viral glimpses from the Indian Premier League. She used to grace the stands during the IPL matches along with her daughter, Nita, who owns the Mumbai Indians team. Her glimpses started going viral in 2017, when, during the final match between Mumbai Indians and Rising Pune Supergiant, Purnima was spotted praying to God while being seated in the stadium.

In the tenth season of IPL, Mumbai Indians needed just 1 run to emerge as the third-time winners. Indeed, clad in a blue-green saree, she was seen praying with her folded hands. It seems that her prayers were answered immediately, as the team lifted the trophy that year, and people started hailing Purnima as ‘Prayer aunty’ on Twitter.
