A wedding is one of the biggest affairs and gala events of one's life, and it becomes even more festive if the ceremonies have a cross-cultural touch. From successfully planning her real-life fairy tale wedding to deciding on the dreamy venue to selecting the perfect attire, a bride has to go through it all. The more the planning, the more the butterflies in the stomach! Every woman wants to walk down the aisle towards the man of her dreams like a princess on her wedding day.
Falguni and Shane Peacock are the most sought-after designer duos in the fashion world who have created a significant name of their own. They have a unique way of combining colours and pulling off unusual patterns in their outfits, making them stand out among the crowd. They can even make a basic monotone ensemble look royal. This Anglo-Indian bride and entrepreneur, Aruna Seth, had chosen two lehenga cholis for her Indian-style wedding ceremony.

The bride, Aruna Seth, who hails from London but is Indian from heart, runs a shoe business. For her wedding, she had opted for two traditional ceremonies so that she could keep both of her and her husband, Thomas's culture alive. She could be seen gleaming in a lacy white mermaid gown, embroidered with floral patterns designed by Zuhair Murad for her Christian wedding. She had completed her look with a pair of diamond danglers and had left her hair in soft, wavy locks.
For her reception night, she had worn a Lebanese gown that gave her a perfect Barbie look. She had dazzled in a beautiful pastel coloured silk and organza gown embroidered with silver thread and imprinted with multi-coloured floral motifs. For her makeup, Aruna had opted for glam makeup with a pop of pink lip colour, winged liner and blushed cheeks. She had kept her tresses open and had completed her look with the same set of earrings from her wedding.

Aruna Seth had a dreamy, romantic wedding at Lake Como. And, for her Indian-style wedding, Aruna Seth had opted for a Falguni Shane Peacock lehenga and had looked like a star shining in all those glitters. She had chosen a white ensemble for her traditional Hindu wedding. The lehenga skirt had been embellished with crystal floral and butterfly motifs, giving a secret garden look and feel to her lehenga. Her full-sleeved choli had equally embroidered patterns to match the spectacular skirt. Aruna had paired her look with a sheer dupatta decorated with small stones all over it and an Indian jewellery set, including emerald and diamond-studded earrings and maang teeka.
For makeup, she had opted for a subtle but glam makeover with light pink eyes, thick lashes, blushed cheeks, and nude glossy lips. She had pulled her hair in a side-swept dutch braid and had completed it with a stone-studded flower band as a hair accessory. On the other hand, her to-be-groom had looked dapper, wearing a white sherwani set to complement his bride-to-be's couture. Aruna and Thomas's Indian-style wedding mandap had looked gorgeous with all the floral decor.
Aruna and Thomas had also celebrated one of the pre-wedding ceremonies from the Hindu traditions, and that's the mehendi. Aruna had trusted Falguni Shane Peacock once again for her pre-wedding ensemble, and she sure did slay her look. For her mehendi party, Aruna had opted for a teaberry pink and grey combination lehenga. The lehenga had embroidered with intricate floral patterns with sequins and crystals. She had paired it with a coordinated full-sleeved choli and smokey grey dupatta with a slight touch of pink in the border, but the backless design of the choli had won our hearts.
Aruna had completed her look with a puffed, mermaid braid decorated with real pink and white roses, giving a beautiful vibe. She had oozed beauty in her mehendi couture, as she rounded off her look with a diamond neckpiece and eardrops, contoured cheeks, pink smokey eyes with lashes, and teaberry pink gloss for her lips.

But the highlight of her mehendi party was her own mehendi on the palms and on the feet. Her henna designs had beautiful Arabic floral patterns, and she had completed her whole lookbook with a pair of gorgeous Swarovski Crystal wedge shoes from her own store, Aruna Seth! On the other hand, her groom, Thomas, had looked handsome in a white bandhgala pathani kurta set.
Aruna and Thomas had looked dreamy in their gorgeous fits at their wedding. We wish the couple, a forever!
