The love story of popular celebrity couple, Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas is one of the cutest we had witnessed in all these decades. It was Nick, who had sent a direct message to Priyanka Chopra on Twitter in the year 2016. The actress had asked him to send her a text instead. That was the first time they had talked and had exchanged numbers with each other. Before meeting at Met Gala 2017, Nick and Priyanka had met each other at the Vanity Fair Oscar's after-party in 2017. According to various reports and sources, it was reported that Nick and Priyanka were head-over-heels in love with each other at the end of the after-party. The much-in-love couple had tied the knot with each other on December 1-2, 2018 at Umaid Bhawan Palace in both Hindu and Christian wedding and the rest is history. Since then, we are seeing both of them supporting each other both professionally and personally at every single step of their respective journeys, and is the reason why they're one of the most admired celebrity couples in the world.
In the latest episode of Vanity's Awards Circuit podcast via Just Jared, Priyanka Chopra Jonas talked about her husband, Nick Jonas and heaped heavy praises on him for being a supportive husband and the way he always encourages her with his thoughts. Reflecting a little more on the same, Priyanka revealed that her hubby is quite hopeful that she will be the first 'Jonas' from their family to win an Oscar. She said, "He was like, 'You may be the first Jonas to win an Oscar." There's enough substance in Nick's comment as there's a huge buzz around Priyanka's film, The White Tiger and a lot of renowned critics of the Hollywood have heaped heavy praises on the hard-hitting film. Going further in her conversation, the actress also talked about her husband, Nick Jonas a little more and revealed how talented he is, as everything he does, turns out to be exciting and great. She said, "He just doesn't do anything badly. It's insane, and it drives me crazy. It's like everything you do is great." There's hardly any doubt in the fact that both Priyanka and Nick never skip a chance to motivate each other in their respective projects. Talking about projects, Priyanka also reflected on her much-hyped role in the legendary movie series' fourth installation, The Matrix 4. She said, "It was the first movie I did after quarantine and lockdown, and I've never felt safer on a set. It was so well done and so well handled. At the same, the ability to have a creative experience while being on set, it was such a wonderful experience really."
At the end of her interview, Priyanka Chopra Jonas concluded her heart-to-heart conversation with an inspiring revelation about her journey to become an actor. The international star revealed that she had never thought of becoming an actress and had never joined any acting institute. She concluded, "I wanted to be an engineer, Then the entertainment business sort of happened to me by fluke. I was part of a beauty pageant and I won Miss World at 2000 and I started getting movie offers back in India. I didn't know what it was all about so my acting school was on set. I learned everything that I did by being thrown into the deep end and I suddenly realized that I was really good at it."
