Tina Datta is one of the most popular actresses in the television world. The diva made her debut with the popular show, Uttaran which established her with household fame. Thereafter, she became a number of films and television shows, both in Hindi and Bengali languages, which gave her unparalleled recognition. In 2022, Tina participated in the controversial reality show, Bigg Boss 16, during the course of which, the diva spilled several unheard anecdotes from her life. And now, in a recent interaction, Tina opened up about the matters of her heart.
In a recent interaction with Pinkvilla's show, Baatein Ankahee, Tina was asked to reveal whether she would consider herself as an emotional person. To this, the diva mentioned that indeed she was an emotional person, and quite a lot at that. She added how as a result, she easily gets attached to a person to such an extent that it becomes quite impossible for her to withdraw. In her words:
“Very emotional.... I'm a very emotional person, and because of this people take me for granted as well. If I get attached to you, I will get attached to you to the core. So whenever it comes to drawing from you or opting out, it becomes very difficult for me."

Speaking more at length about the same, Tina revealed that it becomes quite difficult for her to save herself from heartbreaks, and added that she cannot really deal with such moments. She went on to recall a specific moment in her life, where she completely broke down out of no reason. Tina mentioned:
“It's very difficult. I can't deal with heartbreaks. Nahi ho pata hai.. Once I was in Goa and I was doing yoga, I don't know I just started crying. I was pent up with so many emotions that I couldn't stop myself from weeping. I just started crying. I wanted to answer why this happened. This usually happens because your emotions pile up.”
In the concluding segment of the interview, Tina highlighted the importance of Yoga in her life, which has helped her every time to get emotionally cleansed and to start anew. Spilling more beans on it, Tina said:
“If a family member dies, or a pet dies, we run away from that then all those pile up and we are so busy in our lives that we are not ready to let go. So I go to Satguru's ashram for Yoga and this cleanses your negative things and other aspects. It's very important.”

Back in 2019, Tina Datta had hit the headlines when she publicly opened up about being in an abusive relationship for years. While the phase was definitely traumatic for the actress, it took her years to come out of it. However, in one of her previous interviews with the Hindustan Times, Tina once spoke about her plans of marriage, as she wanted to move on from her past. Tina had mentioned that while she would love to settle down with a special someone and get married, nevertheless, she was yet to meet that perfect person in her life. Moreover, she added that she would want a loyal partner, who wasn’t from the showbiz.
