Indian producer, Krishan Kumar and his family are going through an extremely tough phase as his daughter, Tishaa Kumar, passed away on July 19, 2024. According to multiple reports, Tishaa, who was 20, had been suffering from cancer for a few years. She breathed her last while she was undergoing treatment. Tishaa's family is in a state of disbelief as it is a huge loss for them.
A report in Zoom TV stated that Tishaa Kumar, who is the niece of T Series head, Bhushan Kumar, had been suffering from cancer. A source close to the family revealed that Tishaa was in Germany undergoing treatment when she left for the heavenly abode. Despite the doctors providing the best possible treatment for Tishaa, she could not make it.

On this morning, a T-Series spokesperson issued an official statement confirming Tishaa Kumar's death. Though they mentioned that she was suffering from a prolonged illness, there was no mention of a cancer diagnosis. The spokesperson said:
“Tishaa Kumar, daughter of Krishan Kumar, passed away yesterday after a prolonged battle with an illness. This is difficult time for the family, and we kindly request that family’s privacy is respected.”

For the unversed, Tishaa Kumar was born on September 6, 2003, to Krishan Kumar and his wife, Tanya Singh. The 20-year-old lady made a few public appearances with her dad and was also seen at some T-Series' film screenings. Her last public appearance was on November 30, 2023, when she graced the premiere of Ranbir Kapoor's film, Animal. She was seen twinning with her dad in a black top and blue jeans as the duo posed for the paps.
