Jumping jack is something nearly everyone must have done at school during their PT classes. For this, what you need to do is just stand straight with your arms spread out on both sides. Then jump while spreading your legs outwards and clapping your hands above your head. And, then land on the ground with legs wide open and hands joined over your head. Jump again to return back to the normal position. This warm-up exercise actually improves your heart’s health and helps you to burn a lot of calories. Through this workout, you can burn at least 100 calories in 10 minutes.
