Twinkle Khanna Styles A Bun Accessory With A Silk Saree, Unimpressed Fan Says, 'Sar Par TATA Sky...'

Twinkle Khanna is a very well-known name in the entertainment industry. The actress-turned-author is often in the headlines for her bold statements. Twinkle made her acting debut with the film, Barsaat in 1995. However, after starring in many films, she quit acting in 2001 and was last seen in the film, Love Ke Liye Kuch Bhi Karega. On January 17, 2001, Twinkle tied the knot with actor, Akshay Kumar. The duo is blessed with a son, Aarav and a daughter, Nitara.

On October 23, 2024, Twinkle and Akshay, a couple who rarely step out of their private lives, made a special appearance at the premiere of the film, Go Noni Go at the MAMI Mumbai Film Festival. This was a rare treat for their fans, who were delighted to see them together. Akshay looked dapper in a grey-hued suit paired with a white shirt and black belt, but it was Twinkle's outfit that stole the show.

Twinkle donned a yellow-hued silk saree with a copper-toned border. She paired the saree with a copper and silver stripped low-cut blouse. She accessorised her look with a silver bracelet and a few rings, but her headgear stood out. Twinkle tied her hair in a bun and added a crescent mood-shaped hair accessory which looked like an angel's halo. Joking about her look, Twinkle said:

"After seeing these pictures, you could also say that I believe in carrying my own halo wherever I go:)."

Fashion is very subjective, and it is more than often that people don't like when celebrities wear something different. It was the same for Twinkle, fans made fun of her headgear and said, "Vo sab to thik hai par sar par TATA SKY kyu lagaya hai?" Another fan quipped, "Mujhe laga balo main khane ki thaali lagakar aayi."

Many even loved Twinkle's saree and hairstyle. A fan wrote, "Gorgeous! It's so rare to see her tight hair like that and in a saree. She looks slimmer, too. "Another penned, "She wears a saree without needing to show more skin. She's so hot." Another user wrote, "Love your accessories."
