In a new interview, Uorfi reflected on her initial days of showbiz in the industry and how it affected her health.
Uorfi Javed sat down for an interview with Filmygyan and reflected on her initial struggles in the industry. Uorfi made her way into showbiz with TV shows and had a short stint in Bigg Boss OTT. Uorfi's unique outfits made headlines following the reality show and brought her under the spotlight. In her conversation, Uorfi shared that the long working hours on the sets of TV shows took a toll on her health.

Uorfi shared she was a part of the daily soap, Meri Durga, which had long work hours. She revealed one day, she fell unconscious on the set because she was shooting continuously for 50 hours. The influencer added that her body couldn't bear the long work stretch. She was quoted as saying:
"I fainted because we were shooting for 50 hours continously. So, after 50 hours, I just could not take it."
Uorfi Javed played the role of 'Arti Singhania' in the TV show, Meri Durga, co-starring Srishti Jain, Paras Kalnawat, and Vicky Ahuja, among others. She shared that she was young and got to sleep only for 2 hours when the other actors were shooting. She recalled the incident, saying:
"I think, subha ke 5 baje shoot chal raha tha aur main behosh hogayi thi, main gir gayi thi, mujhe chakkar aagaye thhe."
In a previous interview with Bollywood Bubble, Uorfi Javed mentioned her experience working in the Hindi TV industry. The diva said it wasn't a good experience and it's a journey when you are not a lead actress. She admitted that she was treated badly. In her words:
"See, if you aren't the lead – I was a side character in the show, then there are difficulties; they do not treat you nicely at all. Kuch kuch sets pe bohot badtameezi karte hai, kutto ke tarah treat karte hai. Bohot ganda treatment hota hai. Kuch production house bohot bekar hai yaar. Why lie?"

On the work front, Uorfi Javed made her Bollywood debut in 2024 with Love Sex Aur Dhokha 2. She was last seen on MTV Splitsvilla 15 as a guest and mischief maker. She is currently seen in Amazon Prime Video's Follow Karlo Yaar. The reality show is based on her life, which features her bond and conflicts with her sisters and mother.
