Vikas Khanna Decks Up New York Restaurant With 'Ganga Jal And Gulab' To Host Mukesh Ambani And Isha

Vikas Khanna is one of the most famous celebrity chefs. His dream in life is to open the biggest restaurants and share India's rich food recipes with people around the world. Recently, he hosted Mukesh Ambani and his daughter, Isha Ambani, at his New York restaurant, Bungalow. The evening was magical as Vikas Khanna's restaurant was decorated with gulab petals, the holy water of Ganga, and a loads of diyas.

Recently, Vikas Khanna took to his Instagram handle and posted a video his Michelin-star restaurant, Bungalow. Vikas and his teammate were seen decorating the entire restaurant with roses and rose petals. He also included drops of Gangajal in the water, which added more positivity to the ambience. Another highlight of the evening was diyas. The entire restaurant was decked up with diyas.

Further in the video, we can see Vikas greeting Isha. The young heiress of the Ambani clan was dressed in a black and white striped sweater and blue jeans. Mukesh Ambani was dressed in a navy blue-toned sweatshirt. Vikas Khanna, in his long caption, revealed how Mukesh Ambani and Isha Ambani lit up the Diwali candles, and he will continue to light candles using the same flame until Diwali. An excerpt from his note can be read as:

"The amazing Mukesh ji and Isha lit up the Diwali candles. We will continue to light candles using this flame until Diwali. As a symbol of celebrations & continuity of light."

Vikas Khanna's New York restaurant, Bungalow

For those who don't know, Vikas Khanna has worked hard to build his New York restaurant for the past eight years. It was a dream project of his sister, Radhika Khanna, who passed away in 2022, and she was the one to start it. The official handle of the restaurant revealed how Bungalow offers a nostalgic journey into India's vintage clubhouses. He also penned how the name is taken from the Bengali word, 'Bangla'. The restaurant holds India's history, culture and exceptional cuisine in many miles away from the country.
