Vikas Sethi is one of the leading names in the telly world and has been associated with the TV industry for quite some time. We have seen him as Prem Basu in Kasautii Zindagii Kay, Swayam Shergill in Kahii To Hoga and Abir in Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi. Vikas has done many supporting roles and had also featured in the film, Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham.

On the personal front, Vikas got married to his friend, Jhanvi Rana in February 2018. The couple had met through a common friend in 2017 and had become good friends. As their friendship grew, Vikas and Jhanvi realised that both of them share a lot of common traits. After getting engaged in a close-knit ceremony on January 21, 2018, the two had tied the knot.
On June 21, 2021, Vikas and Jhanvi embraced parenthood and welcomed their twin boys. Vikas, who became a father at the age of 45 talked about his feelings about the same in an interview with ETimes. Sharing his thoughts about being a little anxious, Vikas said, “I was a little anxious about becoming a parent at this age, but Jhanvi has been the driving force behind it. I have pulled through by just holding her hand and we are lucky to have the two kids in our lives.”
Vikas further talked about his parents’ reaction and said, “She (my mother) has waited for a long time to be addressed as dadi. They say, it takes an army to raise a kid’, and luckily, we do have an army in the form of our family supporting us in this journey.”

In an interview with Telly Chakkar, Vikas had revealed how he had met Jhanvi. Talking about his love story, Vikas had said, “I met Jhanvi through a common friend last April. We hit it off instantly and started spending a lot of time together. We both love outdoor activities and have a lot in common. Friendship, I believe, is the foundation of a good marriage. Who better than your best friend to be your partner?”
For the uninitiated, Vikas was earlier married to an air-hostess, Amita and the couple had also appeared on the reality show, Nach Baliye 3. They were liked by all for being the powerhouse contestants in the show. Things were not fine between the two and hence, the couple got divorced.
