Viraj Ghelani is one of the famous faces in the television industry, as well as a famous YouTuber. He was seen in series like Little Things and What The Folks. Apart from that, he was also seen in the movies like Jawan and Govinda Naam Mera. And now, he clarified his statements and revealed that whatever he said was blown out of proportion.
In an interview with the Hindustan Times, Viraj Ghelani shared that it was a lack of better word kind of situation for him, and his role was actually cut in the movie. The actor said that he had shot for 12-13 days, but only the first shot was taken in the film, and he wasn't at all aware that most of his part would be cut. Viraj revealed that he went to watch the movie with his fiancee, Palak, and felt disappointed after finding out that the majority of his role was cut. He said that it was not his worst experience of shooting and working in that film, but his role was cut which made him feel bad. In Viraj's words:

"I didn’t know about all this, so when I went to watch the movie with my fiance, I was a bit disappointed in that particular moment. It wasn’t my worst experience shooting and working in that film.”
Viraj Ghelani also shared that he had told his friends that he worked on Shah Rukh Khan's film, and when he saw the premiere, it actually made him a bit sad. He also added that his statements have been blown out of proportion, and the director or the actors never behaved rudely to him, but the random people have been doing the same. He also added that he shares a good bond with Atlee, and he was offered the film Baby John, which he couldn't do due to prior work commitments. Viraj mentioned:
"Some random people were talking rudely to me, Atlee was actually the sweetest. He follows me on Instagram and he even called me for a role in Baby John, but I had prior commitments hence couldn’t join. And, I didn’t even shoot with Shah Rukh sir, our sequences were on different days. Baat ka batangad bangaya befaaltu mai. Pata nahi kahaan se kahan baat pahuch gayi."
Earlier, Viraj Ghelani talked about taking revenge on Dharma, as he wasn't invited to the trailer launch event of Govinda Naam Mera. That statement also caused a stir on the internet. Talking about the same, Viraj shared that he said all of those in a humourous way. He also added that the cast was huge, and thus it was not possible for the management to invite everyone.
In the same interview, Viraj Ghelani shared that he should have chosen his word wisely when he said, 'Don’t mess with Gujaratis' while talking about taking revenge from Dharma. The actor said the film's director, Shashank Khaitan, had been a mentor to him, while Karan Johar and Vicky Kaushal are his friends. Thus, it felt bad when his statements were stretched out, and it even left his mom freaking out seeing the headlines. Viraj said:

I just should have chosen my words wisely. I just joked, ‘Don’t mess with Gujaratis!’ Even my mom freaked out after reading the headlines."
