Indian cricketer, Virat Kohli needs no introduction. Hailed as 'King Kohli', the right-hand batsman is known for getting better of his opponents and making them run for their money. Virat is a popular name in the glamour world, and his stardom knows no bounds. Married to actress, Anushka Sharma, Virat is a loving husband, and a doting father to their baby girl, Vamika Sharma Kohli.
Besides his involvement in the world of cricket, Virat Kohli also owns a chain of restro-bar, 'One8 Commune'. However, earlier reports were rife that the cricketer has leased out a portion of the legendary late singer, Kishore Kumar's bungalow, 'Gouri Kunj' in Juhu, Mumbai, to open his next restaurant. Amid the reports about Virat starting a new outlet of his restaurant business, the Instagram bio of 'One8 Commune, was changed. The new bio could be read as:
"Juhu, Mumbai #ComingSoon."

Now, Virat Kohli finally treated his fans by giving them a sneak-peek of his latest project, the One8 Commune in Juhu. In one of the YouTube videos shared on One8 Commune's official channel, we can see host, Maniesh Paul standing outside legendary singer, Kishore Kumar’s bungalow, 'Gouri Kunj'. He then went inside and showed us how Virat has converted the old bungalow into a cosy restaurant. Maniesh greets Virat, and after a brief interaction, the cricketer gives Maniesh a tour of his new restaurant. Check out the video below:

Talking about why he opted for Kishore Kumar’s old bungalow, Virat has always been an ardent fan of the singer and he was always in awe of Kishore Da's charisma. Needless to say, Virat has put in his best efforts to revamp the place. His cosy restaurant features aesthetic interiors and well-lit open areas. The vibe over here is so cosy and chilled-out that one would feel at home as soon as they enter the place. With woody interiors, exotic chandeliers, and Virat Kohli's personal touch, the space looks majestic.

In one of the segments of the video, Virat Kohli and Maniesh Paul can be seen trying out some mouth-watering food and the latter praises Virat’s level of involvement and the quality of food. To which, Virat recalled his worst food experience during a recent trip to Paris with his wife, Anushka Sharma, and their daughter, Vamika, and shared that they didn't have much options to eat. He can be heard saying:
“I don’t get going with anything if I can’t be involved. If I’m attached to a project, I need to be invested. The food quality here ‘speaks for itself’. I had the worst experience foodwise on our recent trip to Paris. For vegetarians that was a nightmare, there were not many options. And there was a language barrier.”
For the unversed, Virat Kohli owns a chain of restaurants in several cities, including Delhi, Kolkata, Juhu and Pune.
