Yes, we are talking about the ace director, Vivek Agnihotri.
In a recent interview with Mid-Day, Vivek Agnihotri, who is otherwise known for his unfiltered statements and keeps bashing the star kids for easily getting a chance in the industry, revealed his different feelings for Alia Bhatt. The director explained how he feels like the actress is part of his family, and thus, he cannot tolerate anything negative about her. The filmmaker expressed:
"I'm a fan of Alia Bhatt and Allu Arjun. I feel Alia is a part of my family, and I always admire her work. I like the way she has matured as an actor in the last few years."

Further, Vivek mentioned that Alia has creative intelligence, and that is what transformed into her great capability. He added:
"She has creative intelligence, and that’s why I really like her growth and the way she has conducted herself in public. Whenever there’s a discussion, I refuse to accept anything negative about her. Alia is a great example of how an actor should mature."

Although Alia Bhatt established her place in the Hindi film industry with her determination and non-stop hard work but people don't leave a chance to tag her as a 'nepo kid'. Earlier, in an interview with InStyle Australia, Alia shared that initially she used to get defensive about such comments. But later in life, she understood that there's a lot of struggle in the world. Thus, she started acknowledging that she had indeed had an easier path to get into the room. Elaborating more on the same, Alia mentioned:

"My initial response to it was very defensive because I just felt like, you know, I work hard, so why the question? But I think with time and with age, you realise that there’s a lot of struggle in the world and there is a case to be made in acknowledging the headstart and acknowledging I had an easier path to get into the room."
