On April 22, 2020, Vivek Dahiya took to his Instagram handle to post a candid picture of himself, standing with his camera in is hand, looking dapper in a black jacket, a pair of shades and a hat. He wrote about the incident in the caption which can be read as "Could there be a thing as “ethical theft” or perhaps a thief who has morals? The one who doesn’t swindle anything with emotional value or maybe returned the memory card the same way he took my camera? There’s a reason why it’s called a “memory card” With no exaggeration I clicked stunning pictures of Div and us during our trip to Wales & Scotland. Wish I had downloaded those images before they were stolen. It was the most valuable possession from our trip: memories stored in a memory card. In future - never wait, and store those memories immediately (lesson learnt)! In the loving memory of my DSLR that was stolen from my car."
Recently, in a live chat session with Pinkvilla, Vivek had gone all candid and had talked about his personal styling. When asked from Vivek why did he get a haircut, and what's his stand on men's hairstyle nowadays, Vivek had said that girls don't find men with long hair attractive anymore. On the question of how every guy sports heavy beard these days and this style has become so common that it is very difficult to distinguish one from the other, Vivek had said, "That's actually very true since I come from a corporate background, So I have used to having a clean-shaven look, and also if I carry a stubble for too long, I start feeling unkempt and not clean." He had further added, "I may not look as handsome as I do ina a stubble, but I feel comfortable without one. I also get weary you know, like if I am kissing my wife, I don't want her to get an itchy skin because of me. So I am quite a considerate husband that way." The doting wife, Divyanka who was sitting beside him all this while, had then very lovingly planted a peck on Vivek's cheeks and had said, "He is very kiss-friendly." To which, Vivek had retorted, "This is our very first onscreen kiss by the way." How sweet! Wish we could see more of them often.
