If there is one love triangle of Bollywood which has garnered the most amount of attention and attracted the maximum eye-catchers, it's Aishwarya Rai, Salman Khan and Vivek Oberoi. We all know that Aishwarya Rai and Salman Khan were once in a strong relationship post their appearance in Hum Dil De Chuki Sanam (1999), but soon love fizzled out between the two due to Salman allegedly cheating on Aishwarya. After breaking up with Salman Khan, Aishwarya Rai had started seeing her Kyun! Ho Gaya Na, co-actor, Vivek Oberoi. Bollywood buffs know that Vivek Oberoi had alleged that Salman Khan had threatened to kill him after drunkenly calling him 41 times. Post that, many blame it on Salman for ruining Vivek's Bollywood career. And now, Vivek Oberoi is back into action with PM Narendra Modi's biopic which has been banned from release, as of yet.
During one of his interviews regarding PM Narendra Modi, Vivek Oberoi was asked about his 16-year-old animosity with Salman Khan, and the former replied, "Do you truly believe in forgiveness?" Well, going by his statement, it seems that the 42-year-old actor has kept it all in his heart even after so many years. Clearly, he wants to mend his ways with Salman, right?
It must be mentioned here that in a 2013 interview that Vivek gave to a media portal, he had said, "No! Unfortunately, some people are stuck in a time warp about an incident that happened in my life 13 years ago."
Salman Khan and Aishwarya Rai's relationship used to be the talk of the town once, and in fact, even after almost 2 decades, it seems endless! Talking about her ex-beau, Aishwarya had once shared in a throwback interview, "I stood by him enduring his alcoholic misbehaviour in its worst phases and in turn I was at the receiving end of his abuse (verbal, physical and emotional), infidelity and indignity. That is why like any other self-respecting woman I ended my relationship with him." (Don't Miss: Sameera Reddy's Baby Bump Gets 'Girl Power' At An NGO, Blessed With The Contagious Energy Of Girls)

Salman Khan's brother, Sohail Khan had once shared in an interview that Aishwarya Rai never acknowledged her relationship with Salman Khan. He was quoted as saying,"Now she weeps in public. When she was going around with him when she used to visit our home so often as part of the family, did she ever acknowledge the relationship? She never did. That made Salman feel insecure. He wanted to know how much she wanted him. She would never let him be sure of that."
Aishwarya Rai had always been vocal about her break up with Salman Khan once. She had shared once that Salman doubted her of having affairs with her co-stars. She had said, “Salman and I broke up last March, but he isn't able to come to terms with it. After we broke up, he would call me and talk rubbish. He also suspected me of having affairs with my co-stars. I was linked up with everyone, from Abhishek Bachchan to Shah Rukh Khan. There were times when Salman got physical with me, luckily without leaving any marks. And I would go to work as if nothing had happened.”
Commenting on Salman Khan's aggressive and violent attitude, the Fanney Khan actress had added, “I stood by him enduring his alcoholic misbehaviour in its worst phases and in turn I was at the receiving end of his abuse (verbal, physical and emotional), infidelity and indignity. That is why like any other self-respecting woman I ended my relationship with him. He indirectly confessed to me one day.” (Must Read: Sharad Malhotra Says The Fact That He Is Getting Married In Just 3 Days Hasn't Sunk In Yet)
